  • Great Location

"We had four nights in Lesley's apartment. We found her easy to deal with as far as the booking went and very helpful when we arrived. The apartment is modern, clean and comfortable. It is a quick and easy bus ride to the centre of town. A few blocks in either direction are numerous, interesting and well priced restaurants. We would recommend the apartment."

  • Beautiful view

"We came for only a few days but it was a wonderful stay. Shannon was very helpful- she picked us up from the ferry and gave us some wonderful suggestions of where to visit in town. The suite was warm, comfortable and clean. We didnt want to leave! Thanks for a wonderful time !"

  • Better than Advertized

"The descriptions of the place are understated. I would not change a thing - it is a perfect summer or winter escape. Although the unit is not huge - it is plenty big enough for 6 adults or more if younger children in the group. 10' + ceilings make it feel even bigger than the square footage would imply. The decor of the exterior/interior could be described as 'dessert chic' meets Inca meets Contemporary. Granite counters throughout, modern appliances including all small appliances you could want. You do not need to bring anything, except for maybe groceries and favourite condiments. Much is already there - just replace what you use. If you like hiking or visiting the wineries in the spring/fall, then this place is perfectly situated for both. If you like water sports - well you are 20 metres to the beach, a little further to the docks. I am not sure about the mooring situation for your boat but I am sure the owner can clarify {he replies within 7 to 10 hours from my experience}. Many great hikes nearby. http://blog.hellobc.com/six-places-to-hike-in-osoyoos/ - we enjoyed the Osoyoos Oxbows. I also went to the old Similkameen Trail outside of Oroville - a 15 minute drive below the border. Drove up to Nighthawk as well - interesting history. https://www.tripadvisor.ca/Attraction_Review-g58660-d2536797-Reviews-Similkameen_Trail-Oroville_Washington.html Several good restaurants in town. We liked the Restaurant at the Watermark - hint, all food is 25% off during the 4-5 pm happy hour, perfect time if on Vacation for us. It is an interesting concept - encouraged family style sharing. Food not salty. Also, I understand that Campo Marina is excellent and only a block from the Condo. I read the previous reviews and all of them are accurate. One thing not mentioned is the cleanliness of the unit - impeccable. I was very impressed how things were polished - especially given the hard water that these interior towns have. The unit is heated and cooled geo-thermally hence it is incredibly comfortable. Be sure to leave the doors closed for maximum comfort. Bring your golf clubs - there are three good golf courses in the area and one that is renowned - Fairview Mountain in Oliver. Keep your ball on the green stuff - they have some rattlesnakes in the gorse/sage."
