  • Great rental in a great location

"The suite we stayed in was completely equipped with coffee maker, toaster, dishes, silverware, cookware, and utensils. The owner met us on arrival, and the suite was ideally located within 2 blocks of great restaurants, a grocery store, the liquor mart, and the bus stop. Taxis from here to everywhere we wanted to go were in the $10 to $12 range. It is a safe neighborhood. The suite was attractively decorated and extremely clean and included all the linens and towels we needed. Our host was accommodating and well-informed. I will definitely stay here the next time I travel to Winnipeg."

  • Very comfortable

"This was our second year staying with Daniel. He has made improvements to make to stay even more comfortable. The house is comfortable, located on the lake, has everything a person needs. Daniel is very accommodating and wanting to ensure a comfortable stay."

  • Excellent Cabin, Excellent Host

"From the booking process, (for us the first time), to the completion of the stay, Zach was excellent. He took the time to call and let us know the local needs from grocery, to beer and wine, and any other needs. We showed up to find him cleaning the driveway of snow for our convenience. He let us know everything we needed to, and was very hospitable and trusting, providing most excellent hospitality options involving anything from bbq propane to laundry detergent, and more. The place is an absolute charmer, completely cozy and welcoming. From the minute we arrived, (with 3 young daughters), we all fell in love with it. The house was incredible, cozy, and warm. The Riding Mountain National Park is such a short drive that we went there quite often, and saw amazing wildlife from Canadian Wolves, Moose, Elk, even Owls... when staying "home" for the day, the yard provides a wonderland of possibility with treed area, grass area, and even gated garden yard... You would not regret this place from host to home. Winter or Summer, this place is charming and well worth a stay!"

  • Everything you need!

"We had a great time at our stay at Wendy's. We had 2 grandparents, 2 parents, a 7 year old, a 4 year old and a 7 month old. There was plenty of room for us to play games at night, but also be far enough away from each other that the baby didn't keep the others up at night. The kitchen and bathrooms were extremely well stocked, and we loved being able to cook our meals at the house. The house wasn't in the actual city of Winnipeg which I thought might be a slight problem (more time in the car for kids who were already tired of being in the car), however, all the attractions was close and easy to get to. The house manager Ashley came over at our check in and explained everything for us which was wonderful. She even ran to the store when she realized a couple of items were running low. Then we didn't see her which was nice to have the privacy to the house ourselves. Thanks for great stay!"
