Beautiful vacation home with a stunning view and great privacy.

Our stay at Geogogan Beach House was probably the highlight of our family's summer. We were very lucky with the weather! Sun almost the whole time we were there. We swam a couple of times a day.....and really appreciated the outside shower after the swim. The kids enjoyed the water and playing on the beach. We had wonderful kayaking experiences in the bay....it was so quiet and the water so pristine it was paradise! Liscomb Lodge is about a 10 min drive. We enjoyed the river walk from the lodge along the river bank. The Historic Sherbrooke Village is a 20 minute approx drive. We spent almost a full day there with our daughters (7 and 3) and would highly recommend it! The home itself is beautifully designed and thoughtfully decorated with interesting artwork and furniture. Staying here was a wonderful chance to experience the peace and beauty of the eastern shore.

Big, clean, beautiful get away from the everyday!!

This cottage was way bigger than we expected and the owner very kind and provided good information on the area. Very clean and tidy. Everything you need for a short or long stay are provided. The property was well maintained and very very quiet. Lots of wild flowers and plant life around. It is close to a main road but you may only hear 20 cars go by, the back yard is completely secluded. we saw 5 or 6 people on our 3 night stay. It is far from everything so if you are looking to enjoy some peace and quiet than i would truly recommend this spot. lots of vhs movies and board games. a playground is close by if you have kids and is in very good repair. We will definitely be returning for another great, quiet getaway again someday! watch out for hogweed in the surrounding areas( only one bush was food in the yard but it was far away behind lots of other bushes and plants)

            Beautiful, secluded, serene

My wife and I spent a couple days here (July 2014) that were just magical. Very remote and peaceful. The house is really well-designed and lets in lots of natural light -- we didn't need to turn on any lights until after 9:30PM or so. Lots of rocky beaches for exploring. One evening, a fog rolled in and it's like we were in another world. Just a wonderful spot if you want to get away from it all.
