  • Great Location and everything was as described

"Opened door to meticulous setting with everything in its place. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes. Only suggestion would be a few more glasses. Beds very comfortable."

  • Lovely big home in beautiful town of Wellington

"We had a great stay at Hannigan House. This home is very spacious with ample room for our extended family of 5 adults and 2 kids. Everything in the home is very well maintained and very clean. They've thoughtfully provided many games and toys for kids and the kitchen is pretty well stocked for cooking. A short walk south from the house and you're on Lake Ontario and a very short walk west you are in the main town with shops, coffee and restaurants. There is a great new coffee shop in town called The General across from Foodland. The location couldn't be better although if you are a light sleeper you may find the two upstairs bedrooms a little loud as the home is located right on the main highway. Wifi was not entirely reliable but we didn't mind as we spent most of our time in the garden and out at the many beautiful beaches in the area. I would definitely recommend this holiday home to friends. Thanks again for our stay!"

  • Awesome space for 2 families

"Moose Pines is an awesome house with plenty of room for 2 families. The basement rec room is perfect for hanging out (with the biggest sectional sofa I have ever seen), watching Netflix or playing games (ping pong and foosball). The kitchen is well equipped for cooking a variety of options. We all enjoyed our time at the home and took advantage of the close location to Lake Huron. It is a quick walk to the shore. I would certainly recommend this rental to others."

  • Quirky Cabin Getaway

"This cabin has a split personality. It feels like a rec room that is in transition to a guest cabin. Most of our big issues are currently being addressed which will make this a 5 star property. We found it to be exactly as described. The kitchen is well stocked and roomy. The space is open and airy with a delightful view. We loved we could walk out of the door and onto some lovely wooded trails. There were some yummy zucchini muffins in the freezer for us. There are a few issues to be aware of. The owner is currently installing an attached washroom. Once this is completed this will bump the property up to five stars. Another issue we had was a lack of privacy. Some of the windows are lacking coverings, so I felt exposed at times. This cabin feels like a rec room more than a guest cabin. There was no place to put our stuff like suitcases and groceries. All of the cub boards were full. There is one extra sofa in the room not shown in the photos. It takes up space in an already crowded cabin. My feeling is even with these relatively minor issues this would be an awesome space for a party. There are 6 picnic tables and a fire pit. If I was looking for a venue for a family reunion, grad party, anniversary party, etc I would definitely look at this property. The owners are very responsive and easy to work with."
