"Spent our "mini moon" with my beautiful wife and I at this wonderful cottage for three nights. Pictures do not do it justice! Clean, contemporary and comfortable with everything you need for a great time. We rented a jet boat from our friends at muskoka power sports and it was great. Don't hesitate... This is the cottage you want to book!"

  • positive surprise in Toronto!

"knowing Toronto to be a large and modern city, we were happily surprised to find this comfortable apartment in a section of the city that can only be compared to a beach town! a block from the actual beach, with a long boardwalk, park area including tennis courts, croquet and lawn bowling facilities (in heavy use each night) and lots of galleries, shops, and restaurants (including a super ice cream spot), it was relaxing and comfortable. At the same time, the trolley, with a stop just at the corner, made downtown easily accessible - far easier and less expensive than needing to drive down. The apartment itself was fine - nicely furnished and comfortable - and David meet us there when we arrived to go over details. He'd stocked the refrigerator with provisions for breakfast and was readily available in case we needed anything else (we didn't). Would highly recommend this for anyone looking to spend time in Toronto without being overwhelmed by a big city!"

  • Fantastic week on a quiet, restful lake

"We just spent a lovely, restorative week at this beautiful cottage. The pictures really do reflect the beautiful views this cottage affords, from every room of the cottage and the deck. Because our week was so hot, we spent almost all our time on the deck under the umbrella or in the water. So nice to go into the sandy beach/bottom lake - no weeds, no squishy mud! We found the lake to be very quiet with quiet neighbours and not a lot of boat traffic even on a busy long weekend. The cottage itself was very well stocked, making it easy to prepare meals, clean/tidy up etc. We loved having the fire pit and cooked some meals over wood fire on a grill we brought for the purpose (sooo good!). Easy trip into Pembroke or Killaloe for supplies and distractions. Nancy has put together an excellent binder with wealth of ideas for things to do in the area. We would love to spend another vacation here - it has everything we want! Thank you for sharing this lovely place."

  • Girls Winery Weekend

"This was a wonderful property. Clean, comfortable, and updated in all the right places. Perfect for our group of 6 girls. We spent a lot of our time sitting on the huge front porch and just enjoying the beautiful and calm surroundings. It was just a stones throw away from Queen St. for restaurants and shopping. We all agreed that we would rent this place again so I'm sure we'll be back!"
