  • LOVED IT!

"My cousins and I spent a weekend at this cottage and we absolutely fell in love with it! We would definitely stay here again, and we have already started planning a trip back for the summer. The location was great, the cottage is quite large and there is a lot of room so you don't feel like you are stepping over each other. The rooms were clean and Jake was very easy to work with and accommodating."

  • Home away from home

"Although we described it as a cottage to our friends , the usable space was larger than our own home. We found it to be exactly as it is described on the website. Three functional floors for various activities. Best suited for people with a boat to take advantage of the great location and docking available right on the Trent Severn System. Outdoor facilities are new and well constructed with lots of room between you and the next cottage. We would definitely do it again."

  • Amagins Stay with a Spectacular View

"The pictures of this cottage do not do it justice. We have rented many cottages over the years and this is the nicest one by far. We stayed for a weekend in the fall and will most definitely return. The owners are amazing and so easy to deal with. They provided clear directions and tips and we had no issues arriving or entering the cottage. The roadway into the cottage is easy to maneuver and the property itself is spectacular with many full sized trees and lots of privacy. There is also lots of room for parking right outside the cottage. The cottage is immaculate inside and has multiple bedrooms upstairs with a 2nd washroom on the upper floor with a tub and shower which is very convenient. There are huge windows in every room with amazing views. The main floor is spacious with plenty of seating with two couches, a kitchenette and a full sized dining room and washroom with shower. There is also a fireplace on the main floor which was lovely on the chilly Fall evening. The kitchen has all the amenities you could ask for and had an island in the middle, a table with chairs and doors out to the side balcony. The most spectacular thing about this cottage is the view. It is stunning and you have an amazing view from almost every room in the house as well as the beautiful wrap around deck. We had a beautiful fire and the pit overlooks the lake - we could have stayed there all night! There are lots of outdoor chairs and a large dock. The lake itself is beautiful. It is clear and you could see the bottom of the lake from the dock and it was definitely deep enough to dock your boat. There are a couple of islands in the lake that would make for excellent exploring! We had to go into town and it was only 10 or 15 minutes to Gravenhurst which has anything that you could possibly need. I would recommend this cottage for families and romantic getaways and will definitely be returning."

  • Beautiful modern cottage on lake muskoka, a winter wonderland

"We spent the New Year's weekend at the cottage with our four adult children and had a absolutely fabulous time. The cottage is beautifully designed, with one of the best fireplaces I have ever seen. The common areas are large and inviting at the same time. The white furniture and many sofa blankets made us feel that we were in a boutique hotel. The large glass walls bring in the wonderful outside, with the trees, water and white snow. Ann was a pleasure to deal with, and we had everything we needed. We went for walks in the area and visited the Muskoka beer brewery. We had a memorable family vacation and would definitely return. Thank you Ann for sharing your beautiful cottage with us."
