  • Fabulous Time Had By All

"We stayed at Treasure Point with 3 generations of my family and we all had the best time there. The log cabin is absolutely breath-taking and the owners have put so much thought into the fine details of making it a home away from home. From ages 1 to 72, there was something to do for everyone and plenty of space both indoors and out to enjoy the beautiful setting that Treasure Point is situated upon. From puzzles to games, fishing and swimming, there was so much to do that we never had a boring moment. The large spaces from kitchen to dining room, outdoor porch, lakeside dock were so accommodating for our large group. Even sharing the 1 bathroom was not an issue. We thank Tim and Nancy for such a wonderful experience and would gladly go back the next chance we get. A wonderful, unforgettable time."

  • Quiet, peaceful getaway....!

"We spent Thanksgiving long weekend at Pam's cottage and it was exactly what we were looking for - quiet, peaceful, beautiful fall colours and sunsets. We took our Newfoundland dog who also loved every minute of it. Pam was fantastic and ensured we were all set before arriving at the cottage. The cottage is spacious, clean, well-maintained and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. And you really are on your own little island! We really needed time away from our busy schedules and unplug from everything (including the TV, internet and the hustle-bustle of city living) - this was the perfect getaway for us. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to experience the beauty of the Kawarthas in a beautiful and relaxing setting!"

  • Fabulous weekend away

"My friends and I spent Easter weekend at this cottage and we absolutely loved it. It was incredibly quaint, well-equipped and charming. Right on the water, with indoor and outdoor fireplaces, plenty of space for all 6 of us and a kitchen for all our cooking dreams. Stephen was very responsive and ensured all our questions were answered. The many DVDs and games were an added bonus. Since the lake was still frozen, we didn't have a chance to really enjoy the water or boats, but we are already planning our return trip! I also loved that we were able to bring our little dog along. Thanks so much for an awesome stay."

  • Comfy beds, spacious, lots of boats!

"Tall Pines comes as advertised! My family spent just under a week at Tall Pines in late august. The beds were comfy, shower was great, and there were lots of boats to enjoy. Lee and Bruce were clear about what to expect and we would definitely return. The only drawback was the lake was filled with a lot of algae because of a warm winter & spring but we were warned of this ahead of time. We still enjoyed swimming and could paddle out a little ways for clearer waters."
