  • perfect cottage for a family getaway

"we stayed at this place for the last 5 days of August 2016. The cottage is classic, had everything we needed , well equipped kitchen, spacious rooms, great yard for the kids to play. The view is amazing and the boat house was great. it has private beach and the water is shallow for the kids to swim . Owners very easy to talk to and very helpful. Definitely we are going back and the kids loved it."

  • Great Stay

"We had a great time, the cottage is very spacious. New dock and a perfect location close to all restaurants and stores, Nice part of the lake beautiful sunset view etc. The cottage is cozy with lots of room. Just needs some attention to the roof, other than that can't ask for a better place."

  • Clean, spacious house with great management!

"We booked this property on last minute notice, and were thoroughly pleased with it. It is a very spacious home with ample common space, including several living areas, a good-sized kitchen, and a very large dining room. There are 5 bedrooms, as well as an air mattress. Several sofas could sleep extra people, too. Full bathrooms on each floor are well appointed. There are plenty of towels, bedding, kitchen supplies, etc. The outdoor space is lovely, and although the home is in a neighborhood, it is extremely quiet; we felt very comfortable there. The grill and hot tub sit beside a nicely shaded patio. The gameroom was a huge hit with the kids ages 5-17, as well as the adults. The theater room is fantastic. Jim and Bert made sure we had everything we needed and answered any calls or texts promptly. The town is very small, but everything you need can be found in the neighboring town of Uxbridge, only a 10 minute drive away. Lake Simcoe is only 40 minutes away, as are plenty of farms. We can't wait to go back!"
