  • Perfect family cottage

"Cedar Shores has great bedroom space for large families and I wish April was warm enough to have taken advantage of the backyard and pool. A great walking distance to downtown. All in all, a great place to stay."

  • BEAUTIFUL HOME, BUT DATED!!

"We had a wedding to go to in Niagara on the Lake so found this very nicely appointed home with 5 Bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. It was great that each couple or single had their own bed and bath. That made getting ready for the wedding very comfortable. the house itself from the front is deceiving as it's much bigger inside and from the back. Rooms are nicely decorated and it was a very comfortable home to stay in. Being that the owner has many properties he owns both commercially and residentially I was surprised that the home was very dated as far as upkeep. For the price of the home for the week, I would have expected much higher standards in the home especially the kitchen area. Being that several of the guests are high end cooks the kitchen was less than impressive. For $3900 + Gst for 7 days, the cost did not match the deteriorating condition of the home. Also, being that it was April, neither the pool area nor the dock could be enjoyed due to inclement weather as well, so I believe that the price should have been lower for that time and season. However, the house was clean and spacious as other reviews have said. The owner was also quick to send someone when we were having some issues in the home like the unbelievably huge spiders. and the plumbing. Would we stay here again? Possibly, but the home itself would have to be renovated and brought up to date for the price. Also the profile of the home features 5 bedrooms with either King or Queen beds, however, the room that my wife and I stayed in had two twin beds that even if we had pulled them together, would have made the room very awkward to get around, so I believe that the profile is not a true statement for the home and should be advertised more appropriately."

  • Perfect

"The Marrakech Mansion is perfectly situated between Queen St. and the lake. Everything you need is just a short walk or bike ride away. The Mansion itself is large and well appointed, with everything you need for an extended stay. Sit outside at one of four sitting areas. We enjoyed our coffee on the front porch, and later a glass of wine after a hard day of visiting some of the many wineries in the area. You won't be disappointed."

  • Quaint, Close, and Adorable

"This apartment was fantastic for mine and my boyfriend's weekend getaway! It is within walking distance of NOTL to take in all the sights of this picturesque town, as well as right around the corner from a handful of wineries. We decided to bring our bikes so we could cycle into Virgil, ON and access even more wineries (obviously!). Linda was a dream to deal with and very accommodating. I'd recommend this stay for anyone looking to avoid the expensive Bed & Breakfast song and dance and come prepared with your own food (they have coffee!!) so as to save a bit. Likewise, there's great brunch within walking distance, as are there pubs and coffee shops."
