  • Great getaway in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake!

"We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage. It was our home away from home for a long weekend in the Niagara area. We also appreciated that the owner, Tony, took the time to welcome us upon arrival. The cottage was in a great location, just a short walk to the city center and easy drive to the main roadway connecting to Niagara Falls. They were also dog friendly, which allowed us to bring our furry family member. Thanks Tony for a very enjoyable stay!"

  • Girls Winery Weekend

"This was a wonderful property. Clean, comfortable, and updated in all the right places. Perfect for our group of 6 girls. We spent a lot of our time sitting on the huge front porch and just enjoying the beautiful and calm surroundings. It was just a stones throw away from Queen St. for restaurants and shopping. We all agreed that we would rent this place again so I'm sure we'll be back!"

  • My husband and I wanted to stay somewhere beautiful for our 30th wedding anniversary

"My husband and I wanted to stay somewhere beautiful for our 30th wedding anniversary and we found it at "Wishing Well" Even in the middle of winter the garden was stunning-imagine a walk in a natural reserve and you understand. The cottage itself was a dream-I felt completely at home as soon as I walked in the door. Everything was there for our comfort, and I mean EVERYTHING. Chris who helped me with the booking was wonderful and I can't thank her enough. We will be returning this summer and bringing my mother who will love it as much as we did."

  • Girls weekend away

"House was nicely equipped with standard kitchen supplies (utensils, cutlery, plates/bowls, glassware), soaps, toilet paper, and towels. Overall the house was clean and functional, the property was charming, and the bedrooms were very cute! Only downside was that the air circulation in the upstairs floor wasn't great, and there weren't any ceiling fans to use. Windows seem to be permanently shut (or at least very difficult to open), so we couldn't get any breeze in the rooms. Also, the wall lights didn't turn on, and there weren't any switches to turn on lights (most likely because it is an older house and this wasn't an option back then). Not necessarily a deal breaker, but in the hot heat of the summer, it would be nice to have. One neighbour was very unfriendly - this isn't an issue with the house per say, but still an unpleasant experience nonetheless. Our group (which majority was 50+ in age) was outside chatting at 8:45pm and she marched over to us saying that we were "SCREAMING" and was very rude. Meanwhile, there was a house down the road with music blasting all night."
