"We were excited to have our kids and grandkids at this beautiful house. We were a group of 11. The pool was the highlight of the day. Plenty of towels and seating to watch the fun. The steam room was grreat too. The beds were super comfy and each day started smoothly with so many bathrooms to choose from. We enjoyed meal prep in the well equipped kitchen and use of the high end barbeque. It was nice to have enough room in the dining room for all of us to enjoy our evening meal together. The other large table and chairs was good for smaller meals and of course, card games. The main floor laundry was very handy as well. It is fully stocked. Rick was great with checking the pool daily and removal of household garbage. Grocery store minutes away too. We were close enough to Ottawa to visit museums and Parliament and of course Diefenbunker in nearby Carp. We stayed at the house from July 10 to 17, 2016. We sure made some grreat family memories. Thanks Rick and Karen for your kind efforts and especially personally setting up the new TV during our stay. We very much appreciated it. Cheers!"

  • Highly Recommended - Made our trip to Toronto great

"The house was clean, well furnished, much larger than it looked, and had everything we needed to make this vacation great. It's right down the street from a couple of good eating spots (Woody's Burgers is VERY highly recommended) as well as a major roadway to take you into the heart of Toronto. I car is very helpful, but Uber is also available to make getting around easy. The yard in the back was perfect for grilling and relaxing, and the 4 bedrooms provided plenty of sleeping space. Newer TVs with HDMI were provided in most of the rooms, which made streaming and watching Game of Thrones easy through the included WiFi. Teresa is also very attentive, and checked a couple of times to make sure that we had everything that we need. I can't recommend this place enough."

  • Quaint, Close, and Adorable

"This apartment was fantastic for mine and my boyfriend's weekend getaway! It is within walking distance of NOTL to take in all the sights of this picturesque town, as well as right around the corner from a handful of wineries. We decided to bring our bikes so we could cycle into Virgil, ON and access even more wineries (obviously!). Linda was a dream to deal with and very accommodating. I'd recommend this stay for anyone looking to avoid the expensive Bed & Breakfast song and dance and come prepared with your own food (they have coffee!!) so as to save a bit. Likewise, there's great brunch within walking distance, as are there pubs and coffee shops."
