"We stayed in the apartment for a long weekend. We had difficulties paying and we didn't receive responses to our messages for a few days, but once that was resolved we made it work! We didn't meet with Alison but the apartment was ready for us upon arrival. It looks just like the photos and we were impressed with the large, fully stocked kitchen and the huge shower! The bed was also very comfortable! The apartment isn't located close to downtown but it fit our needs. A few things we noticed during our stay: It looks like the walls could use a fresh coat of paint, there is no air conditioning and few windows which let in a lot of bugs (mosquitoes, bees, and flies), the bathroom sink filled with water quickly, the TV only has a few channels. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay but would recommend some changes to improve the space."

  • Great holiday stay

"Stayed here over Christmas holidays for five nights and great little place - looks like photos. Washer and dryer were excellent to have, as was boot dryer! 30 second walk to free shuttle bus (#5; goes to base of blackcomb and whistler) and unit comes with reserved (outdoor) parking. All kitchen utilities provided and soap for dishwasher and washing machine provided. Lots of good space at entry to hang all your gear to dry but you'll need to leave skis/ boards outside or in your car, no space for that in the unit."

  • Comfortable, quiet accommodation in a great location. 4 bedrooms on separate floor is great.

"Me and three close friends recently stayed at the Treetops location on a golf trip. We would stay here again. The property itself is well laid out. The main living area, including kitchen, sitting area, and deck access, are all on the upper floor which is the level that you enter in on. There is also a half bathroom on this floor which is very convenient. The deck is large and wraps around the side. It's narrow but works well for sitting and enjoying the views. There is a BBQ for use which worked fine as we used it mostly every day. The kitchen is a bit small but has all of the appliances and supplies needed to cook all of your food. As long as you aren't looking to have 4+ people in the kitchen at once it works great. Going downstairs takes you to the ground level. All 4 bedrooms are on this floor along with a bathroom and the master ensuite. All of the beds are comfortable and the rooms are a good size. You can access the outside through this level to use the hot tub. The hot tub fit the 4 of us perfectly. We found having the bedrooms on a separate floor than the main area to be a huge plus to this property. It's also very quiet between floors. We had a minor incident in that when we walked in the property clearly had not been cleaned from the previous renters. There was food on the ground, chairs out of place, beds not made, etc. This posed a bit of an inconvenience and the listed contact was not available to assist. I reached out to Dorothy the owner directly and she immediately handled the situation, working to find a replacement cleaner and also ensuring that we had what we needed. Her service throughout this was outstanding. Furthermore, she refunded us a sizeable portion of our rental due to this mix-up which we greatly appreciated. This turned a potential negative situation into a very positive one. Thank you for that Dolores! Some may consider the property slightly dated. Some of the trim/flooring is early 2000's, though the property is in very good shape and this likely wouldn't be an issue for anyone not looking for a top of the line, brand new property. Also, there is a basement to the property that has a tenant in it, though this was completely non-noticeable. We did not hear or see anything during our 5 night stay. I would definitely consider this a non-factor in renting this place. I would recommend Treetops to friends and family staying in Panorama."
