  • Very nice, easy access to central PEI

"An old cottage which has been completely redone. Very comfortable inside, nice beds, two nice bathrooms. Kitchen well stocked. But only four chairs at the table when there are beds for 8+. A bit awkward for dinner. Hotel staff who manage the cottage were friendly and helpful."

  • Fantastic! Best spot on the island!

"This adorable cottage is absolutely the most relaxing and amazing place to spend your vacation! We are a family of 4 with two young kids and it is just moments from the Shining waters waterpark and cavendish stores! The cottage was super clean! Beautiful comfortable decor perfect for us and the kids! The yard has a play set for the kids which they loved!!!!!!! We loved the hot tub! Incredible place! Thank you for making our vacation special! We hope to be back soon!"

  • Amazing Beach House!!!!

"We spent an amazing week in South Rustico at this beach house. It felt like an oasis...high ceilings, big windows and lots of space (and spotless). The house is so tastefully decorated - something out of a decor magazine! We started our day looking at the ocean having our morning coffee and then wandered down to the beach which is five minute walk from the house. It was a great place to take the chairs and sit out, read and have a swim before heading out to the sights in the afternoon. The area was so quiet but then within a 10 minute drive we were at restaurants, galleries, deep sea fishing, and other beautiful beaches (but the one by the house was our favorite). We really enjoyed our fires on the beach at night and we were lucky with some outstanding sunsets. We are definitely coming back but next time we will stay longer. There is so much to do on the Island. Thank you for making our holiday a memorable one."

  • Great central location but remote enough to totally relax.

"We just returned from a week in mid September at the Captain's Rest. The home itself was awesome. The kitchen had everything we needed, even a food processor! During a couple of rainy afternoons we took advantage of the video library. Several times we had a fire in the fire ring in the yard. The yard was big enough and the area remote enough that our dogs were able to roam around. We were able to find a place a block away where we could launch our kayaks for a nice kayak around Darnley basin. Kennsington and Summerside were close enough to go for groceries, etc. The cottage was centrally located enough that one day we drove to the far western tip and another day we drove to the far eastern tip. The roads are not bicycle friendly so we drove our bikes to the Confederation Train in Kennsington and rode from there. Thanks for thinking of everything - even newspaper, an ax and wood for the fire!"
