  • Wonderful!

"Sweetest little cottage!! Perfect size for our family of 6! Cottage was clean and organized and very well equipped! Loved that it was slightly secluded not on top of the other cottages in the area which was so nice yet still a quick walk to the beach. Had an amazing time!"

  • Clean, spacious, well-maintained property.

"This was a nice property with lots of space for a family of 4. 2 king-size beds in 2 rooms and then another room with a bunk bed and 2 single beds. All were comfortable. Open concept main area with lots of space and furniture. Television is small by today's standards. Good supply of games and fun things and a well stocked kitchen. Good instructions on how to get there. Location is pretty good with a drive of about 30 minutes to heart of Charlottetown and 40 minutes to Souris. Probably about 45-60 minutes to Cavendish. A few small negatives: kayaks need to be taken from store room down to waterfront which is a shallow murky area. Because they were relatively heavy thus requiring some effort to get 3 different watercraft down to the water for 4 people to use, we ended up not using them. Because the water front is a natural grime, you can't really swim from there. Secondly, while the property does come with a dishwasher, there were only 2 tablets in stock and when I e-mailed the owner she indicated that renters are expected to supply their own. This was somewhat of a downer in an otherwise very well stocked property because I didn't really expect a need to bring dishwasher soap- all other cleaning supplies, tin foil, plastic wrap, etc, etc were supplied. Overall a very positive impression and PEI itself is absolutely fabulous. Check out the Trailside Music Cafe just west down the road on the #2, 500 metres off the road at the gas station. We only went there on the last night and the music and the food were great. A mixed crowd of local regulars and away people."

  • Perfection in PEI

"What could be better than a beautifully appointed cottage, centrally located on large, private lot - minutes from one of the best beaches in PEI? One couldn't ask for more than Oceanbreeze has to offer. If all goes well, we will return again next year."

  • What a wonderful week! Cozy, comfortable, clean cottage by the beach!

"Visiting from Australia ... touched down right across this beautiful country ... Victoria, Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Halifax and a final restful (after all that travel) week on the shores of Prince Edward Island. Sandy Shores was the perfect place to call home while we wound down to Island speed. Every comfort and convenience you could possibly hope to need and a private setting to help one appreciate it all. We could have stay right there for the whole week and never moved ... but sunrise and sunset walks on the beach beckoned 5 minutes walk over the dunes. Mornings were bliss with sun rising over a slightly misty landscape, cocktails on the deck after an energetic, or lazy day depending on your attitude. Perfection! Or, if you like, all of the tourist attractions PEI has to offer only a short drive away. Go there ... you won't regret it!"
