  • Home away from home!

"My family and I had a wonderful stay in this home! The house is beautifully decorated and at the same time super comfortable and kid friendly. Plenty of room for everyone. The theater and kids play room was an extra bonus! The house is much nicer than pictures show. The kitchen is fantastic and well appointed. The location was perfect for us. Midway between the University and down town, as well as an easy bike ride or walk to Victoria Park. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to visit Charlottetown!"

  • We loved it!

"This was our second time staying in this cottage. We had easy communication with the owner before arrival, and we were kindly greeted upon arrival by a family member. It's a conveniant location, close to the warmest water on the south shore at Tea Hill Beach, and close to Charlottetown (15 min). We had 6 people in our group (including 2 children) and everyone was comfortable. It's a nice, quiet location. We would definitely consider staying again. One suggestion, we would have loved a fire pit. Thanks for everything!"

  • Love this place

"Didn't know what to expect when we arrived but were totally charmed by the cottage and beach! It's my new happy place. Loved the sound of the waves, the absolute quiet and slower pace of life. Owners were very responsive to our questions. There's something very peaceful about watching the tide go in and out. As well, the view of the bridge was incredible, especially at sunset. The surrounding area was wonderful - we especially loved the church at Indian River - attended a wonderful jazz concert there and the sound was awesome. We're already trying to fit another visit into our schedule. The cottage is well appointed - lots of pots and pans and plates, etc. Fridge is a good size. The plus for us was the gas stove. The neighbors were really friendly and the Roadside Gallery (about 1/4 mile from the cottage) was great - good chowder and lots of things to buy:) Fresh cut fries at the Red Rooster were the best. Saw a bald eagle and its nest, a red fox and other wildlife. Beach is perfect, perfect, perfect. Explored a lot of the island and loved everything we saw, but when we arrived back at the cottage, our world just fell into place. Nothing like a glass of wine watching the sun go down. A wonderful vacation!"

  • Paradise in the City

"Staying in this home was an amazing experience that only added positive memories to out PEI trip. The house was very clean and well kept . The kitchen was stocked full of necessities and even more special extras provided by Sandra to ensure a relaxing and welcoming arrival. Our party of 7 fit very comfortably in this spacious home. Aside from the very comfortable interior was the impressive exterior. The large deck, was perfect for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails and evening barbeques. The yard is private with large trees to give you the feeling of being in your own paridise in PEI after a busy day of golfing and touring. Highly recommended."
