  • Location, Location, Location

"We were two couples that stayed here and it was perfect. As stated Jackie, the owner lives nearby and Was always there to bring us anything. She even found us a large pot so we were able to cook lobsters for Dinner. The very best thing about the house is the location. It is right in the center of everything. We easily Walked to all the sites , restaurants, wharf, any place you want to go. It was just a great place to stay.."

  • The Nancy Willis Home Away rental worked extremely well for us, the home met all of our needs.

"The property gave our family lots of space to either enjoy each other's company or private time on our own. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. We had off street parking that accommodated both of our vehicles. It's location made it easy to access stores, the downtown area and the wharf. Sobeys (large grocery store) was only a few blocks away. The backyard and porch were much appreciated since we had a family pet along with us. We were delighted to have the ability to use the washer/dryer but the steps going down to the basement were difficult. We did a wildlife tour, enjoyed the Upstreet Brewery brews/food, and Tim Hortons, of course. Since the house is centered in Charlottetown we were able to take several day trip outings on the PEI. My family grew up in a four corner home built in 1906 so we enjoyed this historical home's uniqueness."

  • Charm, Convenience, and Civility

"Where do you start after a summer of living in and at 6 Grafton St ? Let's start with Charm. A lovely old family home near the west end of Grafton. It is spacious, beautifully furnished, equipped with all the amenities of home, well-landscaped, spacious bathroom, excellent climate control, off-street parking, and a delightful deck. Convenience you ask !? Well here's a few suggestions : Need bikes and helmets ? Don's got them stored in the shed and ready for you. A morning walk in the park .... you are less than a leisurely 10 minute walk to the serenity of Victoria . Actually, other than the 5 to 10 minute drive to the Atlantic Super Store or Sobey's, you can access countless Charlottetown venues of all kinds within a 20 minute walk from "home". At 6 Grafton, you will be at the epicenter of residential convenience to downtown delight. Heather and Don will come running with a smile of their face if you need help with anything beyond your purvey. We just don't have enough space here to list all the things that you can do/visit to eat, drink, and be merry as each day unfolds around the magic that is Prince Edward Island . Whether you need rest, adventure, or both, you are in for a treat at 6 Grafton ! Last, but arguably, the most important - civility. I have never seen or experienced so many smiling faces and helpful countenance as my wife and I encountered in Charlottetown and all of PEI. Pedestrians rule the streets and motorists smile as they motion your right-of-way. Efficient servers and cheerful bartenders ! Helpful neighbors ! Patient and helpful shop keepers ! I think you get the idea. I hope this review helps you, and know that while it may seem a bit lengthy, it's only a synopsis of our recent 74 days at 6 GRAFTON STREET !"

  • Just as advertised!

"Beautiful home as the pictures show. Enjoyed the TV services such as Netflix. Excellent location within walking distance of downtown, parks and boardwalk. Would certainly stay there again. Owner was respectful of the home being ours for the week and even requested permission to enter the garage for the lawnmower."
