  • Beautiful Character Home, Great Location

"My wife and our three boys (aged 4, 7 and 9) had the pleasure of staying here for a week over Canada Day. It was great to be on a nice residential street and yet walking distance (literally within a few blocks) to all of the main attractions in Charlottetown including Victoria Park where all the Canada Day festivities took place, the shops and restaurants along Queen Street (Cows Ice Cream was 2 blocks away), the harbour, the theatre were we saw the Anne of Green Gables musical, The Lieutenant Governor's House, Beaconsfield Historic House, and many other interesting and historic sites. But the best part about the house for my boys was the pool in the back yard, which they used all hours of the day. There was also a trampoline in the front yard that provided additional enjoyment for them. There was a great seating area by the pool as well where we ate meals and relaxed - we never ate our meals in the house because it was so nice outside in the back patio. The house inside was very chic, in the sense that the owners took care to blend style and functionality into a heritage home without sacrificing the character of the house and property. We had a wonderful vacation there and would definitely rent it again."

  • A dream of a vacation home

"My husband and I just spent 9 days at this dreamy house with our two young daughters, and it was an absolute delight! Angie and Dylan were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The views from the house are gorgeous, and the interior is clean and comfortable with a modern design. Outdoors we rode bikes they provided, played on the huge lawn and swing set, spent time at the beach, and made a fire in the fire pit. The house is especially child-friendly, offering toys, books kitchen-ware and a booster seat, which made our vacation that much more enjoyable."

  • Good location, clean, comfortable

"The manager of the property is great to work with. It is close to city center...about 4 blocks. Our only real complaint is that the beds were hard and not as comfortable as we would like. The bathroom is a bit small as well. The unit has everything you will need for an easy stay. Shopping advice: The best stores are a bit of a drive, but worth it. If you take Grafton St. towards town, then go right on University, in a couple of miles there is a huge that area are two large grocery stores...also a WalMart and many other stores of all kinds."
