  • Great Location and Very Well Equipped

"We stayed here at the start of July while Montreal was undergoing a mini heat wave with our family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids). The loft is set up with a great use of space, as everyone had their own bed. There was lots of place to lounge about in the living room and kitchen, and the apartment was very well equipped with everything you might need. Air conditioning worked great. The apartment truly was an easy walk (less than 30 minutes) from everything you might want to see, from Old Montreal to St. Laurent (the main). Bixi station was at the end of the block, couldn't be easier. Marie was also a kind and helpful host. Would totally recommend this place! PS It looks much cooler in person than it does in the pictures; they really don't do it justice."

  • very nice studio

"This studio is perfectly located in downtown Montreal in a quiet neighborhood and with quick access to everything you might need. It was clean and had fully equipped kitchen to make a quick meal. This apartment is perfect for two people. Pavel is a great host. He was very punctual, helpful and pleasure to deal with. We had a great 3 days in Montreal! I would recommend staying there!"

  • Best place in town

"My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The whole place was exactly as it looked in the pictures, and Marco made sure we were satisfied with everything throughout our stay. The location is just on the north end of old town, so it was all easily within walking distance for us, even in the middle of winter. So many good restaurants, and things to do nearby! A few downsides that are mostly out of Marco's hands: The main lighting fixtures in the living and dining room are blinding. We found it easier to just turn on all the accent lights and live with those. Also, if there are people staying in the units below this one, sound can travel a little easily, but that may just be the nature of these old buildings."

  • Just what we were looking for

"Our family of five spent three nights in one of the first floor apartments. It was so convenient to the Metro for all our sightseeing. We were able to split our children up into two bedrooms, so our early rising son could get up and eat some breakfast without waking up his sisters. It was great having the breakfast supplies right there in the apartment for us. We also enjoyed playing cards in the back courtyard in the evening. The apartment was clean and well-appointed. I would highly recommend Le Cartier!"
