  • Classic old Montreal meets modern global

"Our stay at this apartment was great. It had just what we needed in a very well thought out, utilitarian sort of way. At home, I don't really watch TV and I don't have a microwave oven. It was to my pleasure that this apartment was free of TV and microwave, so I felt right at home. The decor is pleasant. The bathroom was very clean and modern with soap available and plenty of clean towels. The bedrooms were very much the same. CLEAN, new bedding with lots of pillows was a nice touch. There were some staples in the kitchen to get us started and great information on where to pick up essentials and groceries. The location is quite perfect. There are so many areas to access from this location. It's walking distance to many areas: Chinatown, The Science Museum, and Palais de Congres, to name a few. Our favorite breakfast place was Olive and Gourmando. Amazing baked goods and the panini egg sandwich was amazing. I had it 3 out of 4 mornings. The place is a must. 5-10 minute walk. The hosts were prompt to respond. I would definitely stay here again. PS. And it's kind of a big one. There is street noise. It's Montreal and the city is alive at night, especially on the weekends. If you are a sensitive sleeper you may want to consider some sleep aids like an eye mask or ear plugs. Those gorgeous windows have the light and noise as a downside."

  • Couldn't ask for more! It was perfect.

"My husband, sister and I spent a week in Montreal while visiting my son and the apparent was perfect. This is a lovely apartment located in a residential neighborhood in the hub of Montreal. Fantastic location, well equipped, very clean and extremely comfortable, we couldn't have asked for more. Despite easily accessible public transit we walked everywhere and yet we didn't have to go too far because close by there were great cafes, deli's, bakeries, bars and restaurants and Mt. Royal at your doorstep. Thomas dropped by to ensure everything was okay and he made great suggestions for eating. We loved this apartment and will definitely return again. You won't be disappointed!"

  • Relaxing Escape

"My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend in October and absolutely loved the apartment! It's on a quiet side street, very close (2 blocks) to a metro station and many very good restaurants and shops. The apartment was very clean, tidy, and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We'd love to visit again to enjoy the lovely private patio/terrace in the warmer months! Our hosts were very welcoming and communicated with us prior to our arrival to make sure we had a comfortable stay. I was worried about parking in the city, but our neighborhood felt very safe and we had no issues. Parking is available on the street, and we used a local phone app (called Prkng) to help us verify the parking regulation signs. I'd absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Montreal!"

  • Colorful, calm and deceptively big apartment...

"Our family of five stayed at this apartment for a week while attending our daughter's convocation. We are five adults who easily fit into this space because of the layout of the apartment. The three bedrooms are private and spaciously located in different parts of the apartment making for privacy when wanted. The centre of the apartment, the living room was such a lovely spot to spend time in conversation, with ample seating for us all. Even with the one bathroom, we managed totally fine. There is a large washer and dryer in the apartment which came in handy as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, with a great Bosch stove. The terrace is small but is the sweetest ever with plants and a table for two. There is also a desk area that offers plenty of room for doing work when needed. The lighting in the apartment was also very nice. The location was truly ideal, which is one of the reasons we chose this property. Bus to downtown and old port is literally under a minute walk away and bus routes to other parts of Montreal also conveniently close by. Walking distance to St. Laurent and St. Denis Streets (just two and three blocks away). Cafes, nightclubs, pubs all close by. Parks are close by also. We would definitely recommend this apartment to those interested. We felt very relaxed there and we loved the colors in the apartment. Susie provided excellent communication with us while booking the apartment, when we arrived and when we left. The only thing we would want improved is the quality of the beds and pillows. But if that doesn't matter to you, you will fully love this apartment. We had such a great time while staying here and in Montreal."
