  • Truly in the heart of Montreal!

"Lisa was a great host who provided an extra parking space for my extended family and I who all met in Montreal. The location is great - right on Saint Catherine's so you have your choice of great restaurants. We were sad that we couldn't try them all. Both bedrooms were ample for the four of us. There are 1.5 baths on this property. The main floor bathroom has only a sink and a toilet. Lisa was super flexible with our needs and made us feel comfortable during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!"

  • Pretty apartment with gorgeous view in convenient location

"We spent two weeks in this apartment and enjoyed it very much; the view was entertainment in itself, since you could watch a good part of the city from the 39th floor! The apartment was very clean; the furnishings and decor were tasteful. The bed was very comfortable; can't vouch for the guest bed, but it looked equally good and our guests didn't complain! Except for the occasional distant siren from the streets, the apartment was perfectly quiet at night. There were plenty of towels and linens, and soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent (and softener), paper towels, and TP were provided and replenished. The location is convenient; you can easily walk to Old Town, to the stores and restaurants in downtown, and even to the Plateau, Griffintown, Little Burgundy, and the Atwater Market if you really enjoy walking, as we do. The city is pretty bikeable, too, if you'd rather get around that way. There are great bike paths out to Jean Drapeau and along the Lachine Canal and back down the seaway (with beautiful views and a lovely sculpture park). And the metro, of course, is not far (a block or so) if you want to travel a a little farther afield. There's a very good oyster bar just around the corner, and across the street from that is a nice restaurant with an associated pickup/takeaway bar next door. You can also walk (above ground or through the Underground City) to theaters, wine bars, concert halls, the opera, and museums. The grocery store and beverage store are only a block or so away, and if you haven't rented a parking space in the underground garage, there's quite a selection of lots, both above and below ground, nearby. Steeve was very accommodating and gave us helpful information on the neighborhood in addition to showing us the ins and outs of the apartment and building. Though we didn't use it, the gym looked great, as did the pool and sauna. In short, it would be hard to do a lot better than this apartment if you want to be near all the conveniences, but still up in the clouds away from the noise and bustle of the city!"

  • Highly satisfied with this apartment, which was exactly as advertised and pictured

"Stef was very responsive on line, finances handled quickly and accurately for our stay in Oct. 2016. Stef at the apartment when we arrived, provided good orientation to the property and neighborhood. Excellent underground parking. Close to two Metro stops. Apartment had quality furnishings (cookware, coffee pot, washer/dryer, dishes and glassware). Desk was loaded with maps, brochures, and current tourist info. Modern, quiet, secure building. Easy walk to large grocery, two convenience stores. Chinatown an easy walk. We walked to Accords bistro on St. Catherine for dinner one night and had an excellent experience. We would definitely stay at this place again."

  • The best apartment in Montreal!

"This apartment is beyond all expectations! It is immaculate, with a modern, fully stocked kitchen, modern, perfectly appointed bathroom and two lovely bedrooms with plenty of closet space. The roof deck has a beautiful view and is a great place to sit and read or just relax. The apartment is downtown within ten minute walking distance to LaFontaine Park with is great for runners, bikers and two big playgrounds for kids! It's approx a 20 minute walk to the shopping district on St. Catherine St. If you are up for a longer walk, you can walk to the top of Mont Royal and through McGill. The apartment and the neighborhood are both very quiet. And as an added bonus, there is an expresso bar less that 3 feet from the front door! Richard met us the first day and gave us maps and directions to local attractions. He is an excellent host and is extremely accommodating. We will absolutely be back again."
