  • Property is as advertized and great for large groups

"We booked property for a large group and couldn't have been happier with the location and accommodations. We had no major issues during our stay. Mo was very prompt in answering questions prior to booking and nano made sure our stay was great and helped me locate things we needed when I couldn't find them. Great place for larger groups that want a little space."

  • Good location and super-clean accomodation

"We wanted a place close to downtown and the international airport. This was it. The second floor condo was immaculate and had everything one needs during a stay. We were there three days and enjoyed the parc des rapides and walks around the quiet residential neighborhood. Natalia happened to be there when we arrived and made us feel welcome, promising help a phone call away if we had questions. We would definitely stay here again and recommend the place to friends."

  • Interesting location, great common space!

"This property is located in the ethnically diverse Plateau/Mont Royal neighborhood. The area is not overly touristy but very interesting. We quickly learned to use the buses to get to all the places that were too far to walk. Also enjoyed just wandering the streets of the neighborhood with its many shops, restaurants, cafes and bakeries! For our party of 4, the 4 bedrooms were ideal. One bathroom was a challenge, but we made it work. The open common area (kitchen, large dining table and roomy living room) was delightful. The extra high ceilings and large windows made a very inviting place to hang out, drinking coffee and planning the day ahead or relaxing after a long sightseeing day. The laundry facilities were a plus, since we were we were in the midst of a 2 week trip. As summer travelers, we appreciated the a/c, although there was only one window unit so the farther bedrooms got little benefit. However, the apartment is supplied with several fans. The building exterior and stairwell entrance are not impressive, but the apartment was neat and clean when we arrived. It is not expensively furnished or lavishly equipped, but was perfectly comfortable for all our needs. Parking was a problem, but we were warned and this appears to be the case throughout the city. Once you are there you pretty much have to park the car in a garage (additional cost) until you leave, hence the importance of good public transportation and walkability. Overall we were extremely satisfied with this property. It was private and roomy -- "home away from home" and a welcome change from single room hotel, inns and even B&Bs. If we visit Montreal again, we'd certainly consider repeating our stay in this loft apartment, and can enthusiastically recommend it to family and friends."

  • Great place in the Nouveau Plateau of Montreal

"Some steep outdoor stairs get you to this 2nd floor flat with 2 bedrooms, a carefully laid out bathroom, den, kitchen with bar and dining room, and a fabulous back deck. Street parking was a bit crowded out front, but not a problem. Alain was very calm and courteous, let us in and answered our few questions. Checkout was a breeze, with deposit returned faster than my bank could process. It is a great area, and a great way to experience the Plateau lifestyle for a short or long stay. Exquisite coffee shops on either end of the block (we drank a lot of lattes), cheese shops, grocery around the corner. It is also walking distance from open-air/covered Jean Talon Marche (market), which should not be missed on a warm autumn weekend. It was sunny enough some days to eat dinner or just read on the back deck while our toddler napped. Includes a high chair, if you have a little one!) Will stay there again."
