  • Great apartment for a short vacation

"Located in the heart of Montréal with a metro around the blocks corner. Apartment was perfect for our needs staying 3 nights."

  • Live like a local and enjoy the city!

"When David greeted us with a smile and a handshake, and showed us the place, I immediately wished we were staying a month instead of a week. We were travelling as a family, David and Robyn made our daughter feel vey welcome as well. We agree with all the points about the apartment in the previous review, so we'll share a little more about the neighborhood. There is both an upscale grocery store and an organic grocery store (PA Nature) close by. Our hosts let us know about local eateries, like Rumi and La Croissanterie Figaro, a few minutes walk away. The restos, street art and shops of Saint Laurent are also within a short walk. And, we quickly learned how to navigate the bus system, and used it to visit attractions like the Botanical Garden and Old Town. (As the metro lines circle the city, the buses often are more direct, and faster.) There are multiple bus lines and stops very close to the apartment, google maps info was accurate, so easy to navigate. Mount Royal park is very close, and on Avenue du Mount Royal, you can find the Plume coffee shop, or some amazing desserts at Pâtisserie La Ruche. While we enjoyed many of the not-to-miss museums and attractions, it was always a pleasure to return to this apartment. The neighborhood is charming and family friendly. The apartment is spacious, beautifully appointed and extremely functional. I can't imagine a place I would prefer to stay! Absolutely loved it, and we hope to return. Thanks again for everything, David and Robyn!"

  • Great place, great location, terrific owner

"We have often been to Montreal to visit family. This time we sought a place that could accommodate 3 generations. Benoit and Caroline's place exceeded our needs. We have never stayed on the Plateau before, and truly enjoyed the neighborhood. The apartment is near good restaurants and shopping. It is walking distance to a large park where our grand-kids, aged 4-8, had a great time. The place had spaces for two sedan sized cars in the back, a necessity, as restrictive parking rules are strictly enforced. The kitchen and dining areas are large and easily accommodated our group of 7 plus 4 other family members who came for a meal. There were games for the kids. And Benoit, with whom we had our principal contact, was easy going and lovely."

  • Highly satisfied with this apartment, which was exactly as advertised and pictured

"Stef was very responsive on line, finances handled quickly and accurately for our stay in Oct. 2016. Stef at the apartment when we arrived, provided good orientation to the property and neighborhood. Excellent underground parking. Close to two Metro stops. Apartment had quality furnishings (cookware, coffee pot, washer/dryer, dishes and glassware). Desk was loaded with maps, brochures, and current tourist info. Modern, quiet, secure building. Easy walk to large grocery, two convenience stores. Chinatown an easy walk. We walked to Accords bistro on St. Catherine for dinner one night and had an excellent experience. We would definitely stay at this place again."
