  • A room with a view

"Actually several rooms - each with Southern views over Lac St. Joseph from the three levels of this beautifully located, lake-side house in the pleasant village of St. Adolphe d'Howard. The tasteful furnishings and appliances are all of higher quality than in many rental properties and it is obvious the owners have gone to great lengths to make this a very handsome property. The eclectic inventory of books and CDs and the toys and games for children provide plenty of diversions for all during times spent indoors. We spent two enjoyable weeks at the end of July 2016 and the children had a great time fishing off the dock and playing on the lawn while the adults were able to chill-out on the decks. Having Ste. Agathe conveniently nearby gave us several shopping options. The owners were very easy to deal with and were most helpful in trying to make our stay as comfortable as possible while the caretaker was very friendly and always available. A repeat visit is definitely in the cards."

  • The best apartment in Montreal!

"This apartment is beyond all expectations! It is immaculate, with a modern, fully stocked kitchen, modern, perfectly appointed bathroom and two lovely bedrooms with plenty of closet space. The roof deck has a beautiful view and is a great place to sit and read or just relax. The apartment is downtown within ten minute walking distance to LaFontaine Park with is great for runners, bikers and two big playgrounds for kids! It's approx a 20 minute walk to the shopping district on St. Catherine St. If you are up for a longer walk, you can walk to the top of Mont Royal and through McGill. The apartment and the neighborhood are both very quiet. And as an added bonus, there is an expresso bar less that 3 feet from the front door! Richard met us the first day and gave us maps and directions to local attractions. He is an excellent host and is extremely accommodating. We will absolutely be back again."

  • Family Winter Getaway

"We spent a week at Rosehill cottage with our 4 young children, and another family with their young children. We had a wonderful winter week away! The lake was frozen so we were able to clear the snow and do some skating and hockey, and the kids enjoyed exploring the property. We loved the cottage and we all slept comfortably! We went skiing and took some day trips into Ottawa. The driveway and walkway was kept cleared during the region's big snowstorm! We hope to come back some day! Thank you for sharing your lovely getaway with us!"
