  • A great taste of Montreal life.

"Great newly remodeled apartment. Tastefully furnished and comfortable. The location can't be beat. Walking distance to some of the best restaurants, clubs and shopping Montreal has to offer. We'll be back!!"

  • Interesting location, great common space!

"This property is located in the ethnically diverse Plateau/Mont Royal neighborhood. The area is not overly touristy but very interesting. We quickly learned to use the buses to get to all the places that were too far to walk. Also enjoyed just wandering the streets of the neighborhood with its many shops, restaurants, cafes and bakeries! For our party of 4, the 4 bedrooms were ideal. One bathroom was a challenge, but we made it work. The open common area (kitchen, large dining table and roomy living room) was delightful. The extra high ceilings and large windows made a very inviting place to hang out, drinking coffee and planning the day ahead or relaxing after a long sightseeing day. The laundry facilities were a plus, since we were we were in the midst of a 2 week trip. As summer travelers, we appreciated the a/c, although there was only one window unit so the farther bedrooms got little benefit. However, the apartment is supplied with several fans. The building exterior and stairwell entrance are not impressive, but the apartment was neat and clean when we arrived. It is not expensively furnished or lavishly equipped, but was perfectly comfortable for all our needs. Parking was a problem, but we were warned and this appears to be the case throughout the city. Once you are there you pretty much have to park the car in a garage (additional cost) until you leave, hence the importance of good public transportation and walkability. Overall we were extremely satisfied with this property. It was private and roomy -- "home away from home" and a welcome change from single room hotel, inns and even B&Bs. If we visit Montreal again, we'd certainly consider repeating our stay in this loft apartment, and can enthusiastically recommend it to family and friends."

  • Beautiful unit

"Centrally located in old Montreal, very close to the Metro. Good location for sightseeing. Parking is pricey, but close by. A bit difficult to find the first time since it's on a one way street and you have to look back to see the door and address. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this unit."
