  • Treehouse 1, An Amazing Place

"We stayed at the lovely Treehouse 1 in Soufriere for four incredible days and loved every minute. From the moment we were picked up at the airport by Clavie to the moment we said goodbye to Charmaine, everything was terrific. The fish dinner Charmaine cooked for us on the first night was great. We loved feeding the birds each morning on our open terrace, enjoying the cats and REALLY LOVING our plunge pool ( a great way to cool off after a big walk up and down Anse Chastenet road). The Treehouse was spotlessly clean, bed incredibly comfortable, and the gardens and view incomparable. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so pleasurable. We loved every minute at Treehouse 1 and in seeing the sights and sounds of beautiful St. Lucia. David & Noreen December 2016"

  • A taste of real living on St John

"In March 2016 my husband and I spent a week on St Thomas, and visited St John for a day. That day trip was the best day of the week....I fell in LOVE with St John. So we booked the week after Xmas 2016 for a week on St John. We really had no idea what to expect for the lodging, and honestly were a bit disappointed there was no "view" but the price was right and Trevor was great to work with as we set up our reservations. It was a GREAT week, and not only do I love St John even more than I did, and would move there if I could, but the uniqueness and authenticity of where we stayed was beautiful. We were not in a resort, and not with a bunch of other "tourists"....but with real people who live on the island. The drive in was quite daunting, (wow what a driveway) and things could be updated a bit, but I loved the experience in Peaceful Cottages. The price is more than great, for not only the lodging but for the car rental as well. We were able to go all over the island and enjoy every second. I was thrilled to hear the sounds of nature every night and morning. Trevor was so helpful and accommodating. My 11 year old daughter adored Jackie the dog...and I am surprised she didn't try to take him along with us home. Having the outdoor kitchen was such a lovely experience, and nice to have the accommodations to eat in if we wished. The bed was very comfortable...we slept well and sound...especially after our active days. I highly suggest eating at Morgan's Mango...and desserts at the Ocean Grill are out of this world. Snorkeling at Waterlemon Cay is a MUST...especially at the small beach after you hike in. And our favorite beach is Cinnamon Bay. :) Thank you Trevor for the wonderful trip, and memories we will cherish! We have already referred your place to others considering an island visit."

  • Just what we had hoped for

"We had a great time in our 3-bedroom villa at the Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club. It was perfect for our group of five, which included a 20, 22, and 26 year old. We had debated staying in the Presidential Suites, but I am so happy we decided to book a villa. Our morning started out with a delicious breakfast served by the awesome Oneida. We loved lounging by our pool until lunchtime. It was difficult to choose where we wanted to go for meals because of all the options. Rodizio was our favorite for dinner. The golf cart was very helpful in getting around, even though we had some mechanical issues. The staff was very helpful in getting it fixed. We checked out many of the beaches and Serentiy was by far the best for us. It was quiet, the staff was friendly, and the crepes were awesome! The telephone in our villa didn't work, but the security guard outside the villa helped call for a shuttle when we needed one. As we had expected, they were very adamant that we attend the sales presentation together as a couple so we spent about 45 minutes being shown around the morning after we arrived. We explained that we were not interested at this time, and no one bothered us after that. We booked a half-day snorkeling trip through the Aqua Center and had a great time. Overall, the trip went just as we had hoped. We had good communication with Reid and Lisa from the very beginning, which made booking very easy. Our concierge, Rommel, helped with reservations and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the week. Even though you will not find a sparkling white sandy beach to walk along, I highly recommend staying at this property."

  • Wonderful time at this beautiful spot!

"Our family (5 adults) stayed here for Christmas week and had an all around great time! The house is beautiful! The way it is organized, everyone has a private space and there is plenty of room to gather together as well. We love to cook, and found the kitchen had everything we needed. The jeep was a very nice perk as we were able to venture out at will to shop or grab a bite to eat around the island. Kevin, the owner, was very thorough and helpful in all of his communication with us. The most special thing about this house is the location. We have stayed on North Caicos before - but this spot was the best yet! Walked for miles on the most beautiful white sand beaches without seeing another person! My husband and son snorkeled right off the beach and saw lots of fish and a huge stingray! The pool was a great size, looking right out into the ocean. Sometimes North Caicos can be a bit "buggy", but we had no troubles this time around. North Caicos can be a bit challenging to navigate, but we feel like we have a great system. We fly into Provo, get a taxi and then stop at the Graceway IGA to stock up on groceries. We call ahead to the Wine Cellar and they deliver our order to the ferry dock. Then we usually charter a private shuttle through Catch the Waves Charter, (but the public charter is nice too- you just have to fit your trip into their schedule). From there, Kevin arranged transport to the house. We have traveled to this island several times now - and this wonderful house made the whole week one to remember!"
