  • Breathtaking Views!

"Perfect Sunshine is a beautiful villa, very tastefully furnished and well equipped in the lovely resort of Nonsuch Bay on the Atlantic side of Antigua. The most outstanding feature is its unique location which offers breathtaking views on both sides of the house, to the bay on the West and the inland fjord and mountains on the East. The sunsets over the fjord were truly stunning. All four bedrooms are a good size although we only used the Master Suite (as there were only 2 of us) which was excellent with a very comfortable 4-poster bed and a beautiful bathroom. The large pool, set on a terrace below the house, is a great size and has lovely views over the bay. The resort is gated and very safe with a good restaurant/bar and serviced beach and facilities for water sports. We had a wonderful week at Perfect Sunshine and would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended!"

  • Wonderful family vacation in a beautiful home!

"The White House is an absolutely beautiful and unique Caribbean Villa. The design and construction of the house is first rate assuring a most comfortable and enjoyable stay. We all (3adults, 2children) enjoyed our stay in this luxurious house and the infinity pool received extensive use. The setting is private and with beautiful views over the water. Breakfast on the deck is a special treat. The housekeeper did a superb job and was extremely helpful with local information and directions. Beaches and restaurants are a short drive and easy to find. This house is truly a find and I would love to be back there right now. Tony White is very responsive and easy to deal with thereby making the business part of the vacation a simple matter. Definitely a five star listing!"

  • Ultimate Family Vacation

"We had such an amazing time at the Williams' residence and at Nonsuch Bay. The house itself is well appointed and comfortable, and we made full use of the kitchen and had many meals at home. If this is your plan, best to stop at the large grocery on the island on your way in. Necole who was our greeter and housekeeper could not have been nicer and she did a great job in familiarizing us with the house and in keeping it up for us during our stay. Nonsuch Bay Resort is a fantastic place. The staff was so gracious and friendly, and our two younger children (ages 8 and 4) loved the resort's kids' club which offers an array of activities to keep them entertained with daily variety. If you plan to utilize the kids' club I would highly recommend that you call ahead and ask for Natasha who runs it. She is wonderful and will be of great assistance. My older son, age 9, enjoyed sailing and learned how to windsurf at the kite boarding school. My wife also challenged herself with learning how to both windsurf and kite surf, and as far as we can tell, the instruction is world class. I enjoyed the use of 5 different types of sailboats (I think they have 6 types total) and the place is really a sailor's paradise. If you don't know how to sail, they provide excellent instruction at the resort. Antigua as an island has lots to offer and next time we plan to see more of it. We went zip lining and spent a day at the beach on the Caribbean side as well, but mostly we just hung around the resort. We also went sport fishing with Captain Derek on the Obsession (which I would highly recommend) and grilled our catch of Wahoo and Mahi Mahi on the large grill at the house. The beach at the resort is not a "wow" beach but it is nice and there are palm trees to provide natural shade. And it is an excellent place to relax. According to the staff spear fishing is legal in Antigua so if you are into it bring your spear. There are tons of fish around the dock or a short boat ride out to the reef at Green Island (they provide free trips every other day). There is a very nice beach there as well. We will definitely be back."

  • Paradise

"We never tired of the view or this villa. The grounds were beautifully kept and the place was very clean. The kitchen was a dream to work in. There was everything imaginable you might need to prepare and present your food and drinks. The island was friendly and we felt welcomed and safe. There were so many beautiful white sand beaches. Lisa was great to work with on booking and details. We have to go back!"
