  • A fabulous luxury vacation home!!

"I spent six glorious days in Aruba at the Desert Dolphin with four great friends celebrating a special birthday year. Aruba is indeed The Happy Island and our stay at the Desert Dolphin made the trip that much better. Aruba is considered a safe island and has so many great restaurants and points of interest that we found renting a home was the way to go, particularly with a group of five. Although we are very close it was great to have our own space and The Desert Dolphin more than provided that. Ample space inside and out, large beautiful pool and patio, and second floor balcony where we spent a great deal of time basking in some sun pool side or relaxing to cocktails watching the sunset. I cannot imagine having stayed in a cramped hotel or being married to a resort. Renting a home, especially one as beautiful as this, is the best way to go and enjoy all that Aruba has to offer. Conveniently located to one of the most beautiful beaches, Arashi, and near great snorkeling beaches (Malmok and Boca Catalina), it was also a short drive to other great beaches (Palm about 10 mins, Eagle 15, Baby Beach 25) and under ten minutes to the nightlife in Palm Beach. Located within a beautiful golf club community offering many amenities. Sometime we had to force ourselves to leave our very own private resort, The Desert Dolphin! Can't wait to return. You'll love it!"

  • Great House Within Walking Distance Of The Beach and Town

"My family and I just spend 7 nights at this Villa. We were a party of 11 and there was plenty of room for everyone. All bedrooms have a bathroom and there is a bathroom outside by the pool. The upstairs bedroom has a wonderful, constant breeze. Open the doors and it is great. We opened all the windows and doors during the day and the breeze flowed through. We used the air conditioning only at night. The kids stayed in the pool all the time when we weren't out exploring. The house is completed private even though there are houses all around. We took a taxi to the supermarket and everything we needed was furnished in the kitchen. Frank will stock the kitchen with staples prior to your arrival if you wish so you don't have to rush out to the store immediately. The walk to town and the beach is short. You do have to cross the highway in one place but it wasn't a problem. We did not rent a car. We walked everywhere unless we went to the other side of the island. Our stay was great, no one wanted to leave :) Frank is a super nice person and I would recommend renting from him to anyone. He is so easy to talk to and comes by to check on things periodically, responding quickly to any needs you may have. Don't hesitate to rent this house. The house and the owners are awesome :)"

  • Beautiful

"We just got back from our family trip to Aruba. I rated Bianca's house 5 stars overall because we had an amazing time and would stay again next time. But with that said I told myself I would do a full review for anyone like myself that needed a good review on rentals when I was looking in Aruba. It is indeed about a 7-10 minute drive to VERY nice beaches in Aruba. We traveled just about the whole island while we were there this time and nothing was too far by car. However, you do need a rental car if you plan to do a lot of excursions while there. The house and jacuzzi are absolutely beautiful and relaxing. There is AC is both bedrooms but none in the rest of the house. But we kept Windows and doors open all day except in the evening and it was never too warm. It felt great. But if you like a very cool house, it's probably not for you considering there is an electricity limit. But we didn't go over it since we only used AC at night because of our 7 month old. Which there's also a playpin that we used as a crib in one of the rooms. Also a highchair which it made the house very baby friendly as well. There's a washer but no dryer. So you must hang your clothes out on a clothes line. We didn't mind that at all but I'm just telling you the full details. There's a very nice security system on the house that makes you feel super safe no matter what time of day it is. But it does take some time to unlock all of the Windows and doors when you want to have everything open and then you must close and lock everything back up with individual keys when you leave to set the alarm. But it is very safe. Last but not least, Bianca and her husband stayed in the other side of the house during our stay. Sometimes they are home in holland but they were there while we were and it was very pleasant to have them there when we had any questions or concerns. But you wouldn't even know they were next door had we not ever needed them. (Questions about which beaches to go to or restaurants). Which by the way, please please do yourself a favor if you love seafood and price isn't an issue, go to Buccanear Restaurant. It's about 5 minutes from kudawecha and it's absolutely amazing. It's "underwater" themed and there are fish tanks all along the walls. So, that about covers it, I hope I helped anyone out with any questions you might have had. It's truly an amazing little house. There were 4 of us and a baby and it was the best getaway. So relaxing and truly a "home away from home""
