  • Fun, fun, fun!

"I highly recommed 3 Cays Villa. We had a wonderful time - 2 adults and 3 young adult children. The villa is very private. The manager Kiki met us at the airport and lead us to the villa. Eduardo was great to deal with. The views from the villa are amazing and the patio off the main bedroom upstairs was the icing on the cake."

  • Will come back in a heartbeat

"We, 2 adults an 2 teenage kids, stayed for 8 days, a week after the hurricane, and the property was pristine thanks to Antonio. White fine sand. Beautiful house. Open living spaces. Air conditioning was very nice for us northerners. We used it less and less during our stay. Pool is a real plus which is refreshingly cooler than the ocean. Location is excellent being far enough from San Pedro away from development, but just close enough for the golf cart. I'd recommend a 6 person cart if your group is more than 2 since getting supplies from town can use the extra room. Plus passengers can sit facing forward. The reef is a 15 minute paddle with the 2 kayaks at the house. There are no anchors at the reef so bring a long rope for snorkeling to tie to you. No snorkel gear at the house so it's worth bringing your own. House has a bbq too. A fellow named Clinton took us on a local fishing/lobster trip in front of the house and to Mexico rocks preserve just up the coast. He cooked with the house bbq and served us too for a major highlight of our trip. Portofino resort restaurant is a 5 minute walk to the north and is very enjoyable. In other words, the house was in the perfect location for us. None of the resorts nearby are more than 2 floors that I could see. Improvements? Well there is a small stretch of road that is unimproved, but that is in dispute and will probably get improved soon. The kitchen could be more appointed if you are really serious about cooking. Steve Childress was indispensable for us first timers setting up our travel connections and activities. You wanna be him. We were late arriving into Belize city and missed the last ferry. Steve got us set up with Mayan air who would normally be closed. He met us at the airport w our cart and guided us at night to the house with a pitstop at the market. Take his locals advice since there are so many choices for a tourist. And Antonio is a wealth of Belizean perspective."

  • Great Kite Beach Condo

"Brian’s property is ideal for those who wants to relax or who wants to do kitesurfing. From POP airport is a 30 minutes taxi ride or less. The property is very inviting and tropically beautiful. The condo staff is very attentive and security is 24/7 at the main entrance and at the beachside. Brian’s apartment is nicely decorated and very open. It has A/C, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. From the main bedroom and terrace you can see the lovely blue pool and the ocean. Our goal was to relax from the hectic NYC rhythm and we sure did. We did not rent a car as our intention was to travel little as possible. All the things we wanted were literally steps away. In the mornings we walk along the beach to the center of Cabarete and back. Breakfast and lunch we managed at the condo. Most of our dinners were at Casa Mami Extreme, in the Extreme Hotel. The restaurant is run by a Spaniard who will accommodate your wish. For an upscale dinner experience, highly recommended Natura Restaurant. We took a taxi to the restaurant. The Extreme hotel provided the gym classes and yoga classes to keep us in shape. Brian’s property is highly recommended, if we decide to return to Cabarete we will definitely rent this property over and over again. Brian was very attentive and responded to our emails promptly."

  • Home away from Home!

"This property fulfilled all it's promises! We had cooler, snorkel gear, and rafts for relaxing in water on all the beautiful beaches. The pool was very nice too with a hot tub! This condo had the most comfortable beds, kitchen had all necessary gadgets and dishes we needed, and the view from the patio of the bay was outstanding. I really liked having the 1/2 bath as brought my son and friend so they had their private bath and didn't have to use the full bath off master bedroom except for showering. There were really no negatives to this place except we had to leave! The nearby restaurants were wonderful and loved the Jost van Dyke - The Soggy Dollar Bar sail trip that took us to White Bay which was beautiful too. All the people were very friendly at this resort. Loved it and hope to come back again!"
