  • Vacation of a lifetime!

"Lovely home, pool a bonus and beautiful landscaping. The caretaker, Sherman went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Homeowners warm and friendly. I would recommend this property without hesitation, you will not be disappointed!"

  • One of the best stays on the Isalnd in many years.

"From the minute you throttle down the boat engine as you approach Marnies Creek you know this is going to be one of those visits to the island you will always treasure. The private harbor, the magnificent tropical foliage and the setting of the home was absolutely stunning. My oldest son brought home a daily catch of Hog Nose snapper, yellow fin grouper, and a couple of kings. We had the most amazing home cooked meals in the beautiful dining area and the kitchen had "everything" necessary to prepare a gourmet meal. In the evening we relaxed around the pool deck and exchanged family stories with the children and friends. Perfect setting to decompress and pretend that you are in your own private paradise."

  • Best front porch in Hope Town!

"We just returned from a great stay at Sam's Cottage - it was perfect for us. It is very clean and comfortable and looks just like the photos. The front porch is the best for hanging out, reading and just watching the boats come and go, and there's always a breeze. We rented a boat for our week, and the dock at Sam's Cottage was a luxury - just a few steps away. As a previous reviewer mentioned, the house is right in the middle of Hope Town (which we love), so if you are looking for seclusion, this may not be for you. There is some noise/music from Capt'n Jacks, a fun restaurant just a few steps away (the conch fritters are a must), and a couple of nights a week the music goes late. All in all, we loved it and will be back. Cudos to Paul and Sharyn for keeping such a nice rental home."

  • Perfect location for total relaxation

"My husband and I spent a totally relaxing week at Blue Moon Cottage. We have previously stayed in town but loved being on the South End at Blue Moon. Close to Abaco Inn and SeaSpray which we visited at least once daily for dinner (mostly take out) or cocktails. We spent many nights listening to music on the covered porch just soaking in the sights and sounds as the sun went down and loving every minute. Although there are houses close by you still have the feel of being in your own little world. If you can't relax here - You can't relax anywhere. We had frequent visits from a hummingbird, resident cat Phantom as well as some Island dogs coming to check out what we were having for dinner. Having the private dock close by was key to our trip as we had rented a boat from Island Marine and didn't have to deal with worrying about a spot at a public dock."
