"Seabreeze was a great choice for our family of 5. Plus 2. Very comfortable. The location is perfect. Gorgeous view of the harbor & the yachts coming in to dock at Ramora Bay or Valentines. The house is located between the two. We even have a dock that we all loved jumping off of and finding starfish. Seabreeze is perfect to sit at night and watch the beautiful sunsets. The pool was an added bonus for entertainment for the kids and adults ;). Just a quick Golf cart ride or walk down the street to the other side to walk the Pink Sand Beach. We had a great time on Harbour Island. Loved the restaurants & beach bars and of course the Conch Salad at Queen Conch is a must. And don't forget a cold Kalik. Julia the owner went over and above to help us with our planning. She was quick to respond to anything you needed. The staff was very helpful as well."

  • An Oasis in Eleuthera

"I have rented many vacation homes all over the world on my travels for the past 15 years. Savannah Sunset definitely ranks up there in my Top 3! My friends and I rented it for 6 nights of our Girlcation and we were all thoroughly wowed by this property. Don was excellent with which to correspond. He answered all my questions via email and even called me a couple of times to make a few trip arrival arrangements. Payment was done via international money transfer from my Canadian acct and went smoothly. Peter, Don's property manager in Eleuthera, met us at GHB with the truck that goes with the property (use it as the road and driveway into the house are a bit rough and it comes in handy on those potholed roads into beaches). Once we got to the house, he showed us how to use everything and gave us the cell phone that his number programmed into it. We could call him anytime we needed anything or use it on our daily travels on the island. The house is such a beautiful, well-maintained home. We went gah-gah over the abundant and varied dishes, table linens, glasses, and every kitchen utensil/item you could ever possibly need. There was even food wrap, baggies, spices, water bottle cooler, etc. In the garage were lots of snorkelling gear, snorkel carry bags, beach chairs, cooler bags, life jackets, etc. Washrooms were very clean and stocked and the beds were extremely comfortable. Down at the dock, we found more flippers and snorkel masks, sand toys, ladder into the water, chairs and a beautiful tiki hut. We spent many hours down there relaxing, snorkelling and kayaking. While snorkelling we saw a sting ray, needlefish, corals, lion fish, barracuda, angelfish, triggerfish and more. One morning we were even greeted by a pod of dolphins which swam beside the kayak for a short time!! Special Thanks to Peter. One day we noticed coolant dripping from the truck. We called him and he came over right away to look at it. He took it to a mechanic where it was discovered it needed a part replaced. Peter called us back to say he would have it fixed and to look outside where a rental truck had already been arranged and delivered for us to use for the rest of our stay at no extra charge!! Amazing customer service! There were cats that hanging out around the house when we were there. If you have allergies, you should mention this to Don when inquiring to see if they are still there. This was truly a memorable Girlcation thanks to Savannah Sunset!!"

  • Best ocean view we ever saw!

"This house is situated perfectly to take advantage of the amazing view and breezes. The grandchildren just loved going from the ocean to the pool. We had a wonderful time and the home is very accommodating to all needs. The housekeeper came in every day and we truly enjoyed being spoiled. Also, the club has friendly social people and is a nice night out. The perfect spot."

  • A great destination for a large group and adventurous souls!

"A spacious home which had the perfect floor plan for a large group. The bedrooms lined up on the left hand side of the large hallway, and the living areas separated by this hallway to an open kitchen,/living area. It is not fancy(a bit shabby in a couple bedrooms), but has enough staple, decent appliances and sturdy household items to be functional--we found the ice-maker especially convenient! The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. The living areas were furnished with a generous amount of seating, although the cushions are a bit tired--we flipped and fluffed and it worked. A newly remodeled bathroom made the 1/2 bath look shabby. Outdoor living areas was beautiful, just a few steps to the water, via steep concrete steps, and a sandy area at which we enjoyed the 2 beach chairs provided (could use a few more chairs). The caretaker was contacted in order to get the use of the chairs locked in the basement, and the 4 kayaks promised- the most fun adventure (besides the prop plane ride from Nassau) I had! There were also 2 pedal bikes, but they both had flat tires and there's nowhere to go anyway. The kitchen had a smell of mouse urine and some droppings in the cabinets & numerous wasp nests outside(one of the kids got stung)--there was only an empty bottle of wasp spray under the sink, however, and the caretaker, although helpful in informing us the telephone was broken (it was fixed on "Island time" 4 days later), and able to help us figure out the fan/light configuration and get us batteries for the empty remote-controls, was informed of the nests, did not attempt to treat them during the duration of our stay. Screened room was a great place to relax on the swinging love-seat. The island: no street signs, stores are unmarked with indiscriminate hours of operation, numerous restaurants and local watering holes where the drinks are generously strong, Island prices ($$$). we brought and cooked our own meals 90% of the time--everything but fresh fruit and veg are ok to bring through customs. 4-wheel drive down a road to a remote beach to see a wreck, &the beach was strewn with plastic debris and trash burns on a daily basis. gems: Tippy's bar, French Leave restaurant. Talk to the locals at the roadside tiki hut bars, great way to learn tips. Bug spray: no-see-ums will get you! Best bread: Island farm, a short ride south. $5 water taxi to Harbor Island, $50 golf cart/day, it's a fun adventure. visit the blue holes, and lighthouse beach"
