  • Perfect for our group of 12. Right on the beach. Lots of room. The beautiful beach all to ourselves.

"Perfect for us. Lots of space. Lots of places to congregate. Not too fussy. Nice kitchen. Large dining table. Loved it! Great time!"

  • Amaizing

"Words can't describe how wonderful was our week in Kokomo house. The house has everything you need, I really mean everything; kitchen is fully equipped, all sizes of coolers for your day trips, books, games, a pool table, outside you have everything as well, the beach closet is full! Poolshoes, beach toys, snorkel equipment etc. It was fantastic to wake up in the morning and have coffe in the amaizing balcony with the amaizing view. If you need a break of the sun you can still enjoy outdoors by relaxing in the lower patio, no need to bring chairs up and down stairs the house have plenty patio furniture in both levels. The beach is just amazing, beautiful long beach. We swim, snorkel, use the kayaks in calm days, and body surf, it was just amazing! The house is situated in central eleuthera so is easy to explore the whole island, we explore south in one day, and north another day and it didn't feel we had to travel a lot. Last but not least Sandy was amazing, always answering our questions and giving us great tips. We left a piece of our heart at Kokomo!"

  • Couldn't have asked for a better stay

"This was my family's first trip to Eleuthera and I have to say it surpassed all of our expectations. Not only was the house beautiful but the staff was so kind and welcoming. Sharon was very helpful in guiding us, leading up to the trip as well as once we got there. Horatio is a born and raised Bahamian from Eleuthera who knows all about the locals and all the go too spots. Beth may be one of the sweetest house keepers there is who is also very helpful and did everything to keep us comfortable. The pictures do not do the property or the beach justice. We will definitely be coming back here to true paradise!!!"

  • Spectacular, unforgettable and unbeatable; a house in paradise.

"Look no further. Stop wasting time online exploring alternatives and click on that "Book Now" button right away. Seriously. Now. You will remember this moment and cherish the days you get to spend in this amazing cottage for the rest of your life. I kid you not. I don't often take the time to sit down to write a review; but this time I just had to. You might be wondering why are there no other reviews and the answer is simple and solid: because the house is brand new! In fact we were lucky enough to be the first couple to stay there. Unbelievable for real. We spent a full week there with my wife and we are already thinking of going back later this year. Both rooms in the house are really nice and comfortable, bathrooms are also great, and the house in general is super clean and beautiful. You get a wonderful sea breeze around the clock because of its many windows, and it also has fans and air conditioning in case it gets too hot. The open kitchen with the living and dinning room will take your breath away every morning because of the magnificent pristine beach right at your footstep. By the way, Poponi beach is definitely one of the best beaches in the island (maybe even the best), and you have it almost all to yourself; we only saw 5 or 6 people per day walking by the beach. There are only a couple of houses throughout Poponi so I bet this area will become a hotspot in years to come. As much as it is secluded (and definitely romantic) the location is spectacular. North Palmeto Point is a small and quite village, and you are not far from Governors Harbour. In any case you will need a car, no doubt about that, so you can explore both north and south (you have a little over an hour each way). Finally, you get all the appliances you may need, they are also brand new, and really nice dishes and kitchenware (there is also a BBQ). So head over there as soon as you can, go buy some fresh fish and lobster from the fishermen ramp at Governor Harbour or Tarpum Bay, and cook yourself and your loved ones a meal to die for. Thanks to Matt and Tara, from VRBO, and especially to Carol, the caretaker. She was helpful and friendly from the very first minute of our arrival till the very last. Eleuthera is the best! Just go feel the love and enjoy it."
