  • AMAZING - UNBELIEVABLE - RATES ABOVE EXCELLENT

"My husband and I stayed a week at Palm 22 for the most wonderful vacation we have taken in years. the house is beautiful and "beachy", in a perfect location right on the beach! Everything you could ever need is right there; beautiful and comfortable furnishings, lots of rooms with character, great kitchen and an outdoor shower in addition to all the bathrooms indoors. There is even a washer and dryer! The owners and Spanish Wells residents are extremely helpful and friendly, we never encountered a problem during our stay. The island is completely safe, you can leave your doors and windows unlocked and even open. Walks on the beach, great fishing, happy hours at Budda, and fantastic food--it's all there in a breathtaking setting. We decided we could stay for weeks, never to return to reality. We will be returning! I would highly recommend Palm 22 as the best vacation option in the Bahamas. 100% excellence!"

  • Amazing waterfront property! Incredible sunrises and sunsets!

"Thank you so much for sharing your great home with us! Such an incredible view. Uninterrupted blue water as far as you can see. The house was low key and beachy but nicely appointed, with great furniture, comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen. Our family of 5 was very comfortable. AC worked and was helpful at night! We loved our fishing and snorkeling trip with James. We caught -- and cooked -- Porgy, Margaret, and Trigger fish. And he cut up some conch and we made conch salad from a Bahamian cookbook in the bookshelf! We snorkeled and swam for hours out in the amazing bay right in front of the house. The water is crystal clear. Perfect for kids. What a treat just to go right down the steps! Very quiet undeveloped area-- which we loved. Good information on what to do nearby. We went to the deserted beach by Peachers cave (saw the blue hole but were too scared to jump!) and visited the flats in The Current at the perfect time of day. We also drove down to the Queens Baths. Perfect place to spend a windy day! Thomas's bread and cookies in town were a daily excursion as well as fruit and tomatoes from the stand up the road. Fresh Papaya! Quick things to note: Like many island hones, the water is potable but smells a little like sulfur and is very minerally. We totally didn't mind.. They have bottled drinking and cooking water. The no see ums and mousquitos can be rough, and the screens aren't perfect, but if you wear a little bug spray you are fine. I can't wait to rent again!"

  • Perfect place to stay in Eleuthera

"The place is as advertised : Just perfect. Clean, a real house where you could live all year long with all comfort... and you wish you could considering the terrific view from the terrace. We just loved it and the kids also. Central to visit the island. And the car that comes with the house is the thing you need and it's very easy (you're picked up at the airport, driven to at the end of your stay - like a star). En Français : Vraiment un coin de paradis, très propre, bien placé. On se pince pour y croire tous les matins au réveil."
