Paradise Indeed!

4 of 5
Two of us spent a week at Paradise Point and the access to the ocean and the view was truly amazing. You have your own private beach front and during an hour walk down the beach each day I saw 4-8 other people ( from other homes along the beach). It was ideal for two people - upon arrival and seeing the add on suite we chose to share the bedroom and not access the downstairs suite. The downstairs suite is not renovated and does not have windows and is a seperate suite accessed from the back of the house ( pics of the add on suite were not posted on the site so we did not know what to expect) If we had gone as two couples or 4 people we would have been disappointed and had a hard time deciding who would sleep in that area and it would have been over priced for what you get. My step daughter and I were able to share the one bedroom and bathroom on the main floor and the wonderful picture windows so it worked great! Honestly I would say this rental works best for 2 people even though it states up to 4-6. For two people it truly is paradise- clean, the main floor looks like the pics and the location and views make it so worth it. I would love to go back. Freddie the caretaker was super helpful and she even helped us find the place when we got lost and later during our trip when we had a tire on our rental needing air. The fresh meat market is the best place to get food and is just down the road. They have rotisserie chickens, cuts of meat and might have fresh or frozen fruit if you go early enough in the day. We didn't eat out a lot as most of the choices/restaurants were really expensive or deep fried food but the kitchen is fully equipped and made it easy to prepare healthy meals. Keep in mind the food choices at the grocery stores are expensive and limited as this is a small island so fresh fruit/vegs are not in abundance. I would recommend this place for a nice, quiet and relaxing laid back vacay.
