  • Perfect Family Getaway

"Beautiful location overlooking the water. Awesome 180 degree views of the water from the large back patio and third floor balcony off the master bedroom. We were travelling with our daughter, son-in-law and 15 month grand daughter and this provided the perfect spot to address everyone's needs. We could put her down for her nap and the night and still enjoy the outside. We cooked all of our meals other than one including getting fresh red snapper right off the boat at Potter's Quay. We enjoyed one meal at a local restaurant within walking distance where we enjoyed conch bites and some other local specialties. Both grocery and liquor store are in walking distance. Food can be expensive. We brought some staples like coffee, cereal, and couscous with us. All the people we encountered were very friendly. The jitney or local bus stopped right outside the gated community and the drivers were always very accommodating in helping us get to our desired destination. The property manager picked us up at the airport . We were able to enjoy the sun and visit downtown Nassau and many local sites without a car. One of the pools is right next to this unit. There is a nice beach close by as well. The unit is very clean, nicely furnished and the beds were very comfortable. Had a great time and would recommend this spot to my friends."

  • Beautiful

"I just left this beautiful gone and we enjoyed every moment. Located right where you need to be to get where you need to go. Lizards and frogs were a welcome surprise and it made my tropical experience perfect. The hosts were warm a welcoming and took us to locations if we needed help. Truly the meaning of Home away. Enjoy your stay."

  • Exquisite!!

"My family and I stayed at this lovely property from July 30th-August 6th, 2015 and it was absolutely wonderful. The photos online truly capture the exquisiteness of this rental property: stunning lacquered hardwood floor and ceiling, a spacious kitchen with adequate utensils that allowed us to cook full meals, and well decorated dining and living rooms on the first level. Upstairs is a huge master bedroom, plus two other spacious bedrooms with queen and double twin beds. The entire house was very clean! And if you’re not yet sold, here’s the kicker: there were souvenirs on every bed for the taking. The house is located in a quiet, upscale residential neighborhood, with the beach just five minutes away. Others have complained about dogs barking at nights and disturbing their rest, but we heard no dogs, and we not have noticed anyway because we were busy soaking up the awesomeness of this locale. This property is at the farthest eastern end of the island, but don’t let this point on the map discourage you, for the island is only about 21 miles in length - east to west. Everything is within a 5-10 minutes drive (supermarkets, pharmacies, fast food, hospital/clinic, etc.). Internet at the house allowed me to communicate back home via Skype and WhatsApp, which was very useful. Bryan was also gracious in allowing us to host a small gathering at the house to celebrate my uncle’s 60th birthday (that in itself speaks volumes). You definitely need a rental if you’re going to stay here, for there is no “reliable” bus service from this end. I would recommend renting from one of the US-based rental car companies—they are so much cheaper than the local ones. Once you get your rental from the airport, take the northern coast for a scenic route to the house – it took me 25 minutes (a straight drive once on the coast…awesome!!). Bryan, thanks for a lovely stay and for your generosity outside of the confines of our rental contract, and for allowing me to raid one of your coconut trees out back and rid it of about 20 water coconuts (that’s an $80 value in Nassau). Climbing that coconut tree took me back to my childhood days in the countryside of Guyana. We’ll be back! Thanks again from the Pluck family."

  • Nice Place to Stay

"This is a nice area to stay we had a good time the home was clean , the fact there was a at home feel was great. The pool was clean. The fact there was a Gate made me and my family feel safe. The bus is close and as long as you get where you need to go before 7:00 pm you are fine. The owner was very nice he took us around to show us some hot spots. Now here me when I say DON'T go to that high store down the street being an American the cost for items is so high in Cost you be better off just going out to eat. I will say there is place called the twisted lime honey that food is great and we walked there because taking a cab after 7pm is too much, Whatever you do don't take the cab to the Atlantis they charged WAY too much take the water boat in the day time. Too Sum it up I like my stay the place was very nice we could go and come as we pleased stay away off all that other mess and go to the pool have a good time, take the bus to the beach. The condo looks just as the pictures."
