  • Great Owners, Terrific Vacation

"First off, I have to mention how professional and forthright Kaitlyn was. Extremely quick responses and the informational website was amazing. We rented both sides of the condo for our group of 8 - 2 families. It was the perfect arrangement. The condo was spacious, clean and well equipped. We saved a ton by having breakfast in most days. It was our second time to Atlantis and it has gotten even bigger with lots more pools, rides, beaches. Truly a unique resort. The condos are definitely the way to go and I would highly recommend Kaitlyn to anyone planning to visit Atlantis."

  • Convenient location and amenities on Paradise Island

"I stayed with four other family members at this property and had a wonderful time. The place is very comfortable and comes with all the amenities we needed for an enjoyable stay. We were able to cook meals at home, venture out to the beach (10 min walk away), and walk over to enjoy outings around Atlantis. Best of all was the excellent service provided by Juliette and her colleagues. They were very helpful and attentive to our needs and questions. Highly recommend! A ten minute walk to the beach"

  • Really a 3.5 star experience

"What makes this place shine is the location and the property managers. They are a gem and a pleasure to work with. Very responsive and helpful. The apartment is 10 minutes walk from shops and supermarket which is a great plus. I think there are some things that can make the property itself go from drab to fab. The living room/dining room is perfectly fine, couches are comfy, but could definitely use an HDTV. There is a very small old school SD TV. I think with just a small flat screen, it would make a big difference. The bathroom and kitchen are seriously outdated. There are no outlets in the bathroom which was a major bummer for me when needing to dry my hair. I actually had to ask a friend who was coming later to bring me an extension cord. Definitely need outlets in the bathroom! The hot water pressure is also very light. I did mention it and the property manager had a plumber come check but I was told unfortunately there wasn't much they could do :( I think with upgrades to the kitchen, bathroom linens, cookware, and the outdoor deck which is an awesome plus but needs to be repaired, this could be an amazing place. I enjoyed my time, I like the property managers very much. I would not say for sure if I would stay there again if I was back in the area. PS- wifi in the apartment works great and the private beach is VERY tiny."

  • When the doors open, the sweet sounds of the ocean rush in

"We decided to spend Thanksgiving in Nassau, Bahamas away from the hustle and bustle of NYC. Not in a hotel but a house on the beach and began a searched on VRBO. This private home fit the bill and then some. We flew from JFK direct in 3 hours, rented a car which took all of 5 minutes, no annoying shuttle bus to the car rental depot, loaded our car and in 10 minutes were at this house. I am not going to lie, tricky is an understatement when getting into and out of this property, but it is well worth it if you are confident behind the wheel of a car and used to the UK driving rules, looking right for oncoming traffic not left. Anyway, the property accommodated our two teens who had the top floor with their own bathrooms. Clutch! The 9 year old slept on the day bed in the main room of the house and said it was "totally comfy". We spent 4 days on this beautiful beach, with only the friendly houseful who rented the first 2 floors of the owners home a few doors down. Other than them it was pretty empty. No beach is "private" on the island so an occasional beach goer showed up. We cruised around the island, visiting the local markets and ate at some wonderful restaurants, Mahogany House, a must!, followed by the pricey but wonderful Cafe Martinique at the Marina at Atlantis. The house was well equipped in the kitchen so we cooked in as well. We highly recommend hiring a jet ski through Trevor who hooked us up with a local fish dinner that he prepared and we shared with his awesome girlfriend, 2 year old boy and Bubbles, the grandma. Much fun was had by all. Loved going into Nassau at dusk with my daughter to have a beer and listen to the DJ play some awesome music. Great island, great vibe, and would totally go again!!!"
