  • Amazing location with amazing views!

"Pictures don't do justice for this place! My sister, a few friends and I stayed at Peter and Sue's home recently. We had the most amazing trip and felt like we hit the jackpot staying at this place. The patio is right on the ocean for amazing sunsets. There are two pools, a private beach, and a few restaurants within walking distance. The bus picks you up right outside the gate and the fare is only $1.25. The drivers are all extremely friendly and helpful in making sure you get to where you need to go. Everyone on the island was helpful and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. There are plenty of things to do around the area and a grocery store close by. We spent much of our trip playing cards and eating on the balcony, or at the beach or pools. We did a lot of little day excursions which were super easy to get to from Delaporte Point (I.e. Downtown or Love Beach). If you love coffee, visit Louis and Steen's New Orleans Coffeehouse! The condo is extremely close to the airport and the property manager Barbara picked us up and dropped us off. She was wonderful and helpful! Overall our group decided we must make a trip back to Nassau. Thank you Peter and Sue for the amazing stay!"

  • Wonderful cottage stay

"My boyfriend and I stayed at Stuart's cottage in March 2017 and had a wonderful time. Stuart picked us up from the airport and took us to the grocery store, which was very helpful. The appliances in the kitchen were full size and worked well. The property is big enough that we had our privacy but Stuart was there to answer questions that we had. We caught the jitney every day right down the street from the cottage to down town, only about a 10 min ride. The fish fry was close by, within walking distance. We walked to the liquor store and pharmacy a few times, all were close by. The cottage is perfect for two people and felt homey and spacious. Stuart was a wonderful host and we would definitely go back."

  • When the doors open, the sweet sounds of the ocean rush in

"We decided to spend Thanksgiving in Nassau, Bahamas away from the hustle and bustle of NYC. Not in a hotel but a house on the beach and began a searched on VRBO. This private home fit the bill and then some. We flew from JFK direct in 3 hours, rented a car which took all of 5 minutes, no annoying shuttle bus to the car rental depot, loaded our car and in 10 minutes were at this house. I am not going to lie, tricky is an understatement when getting into and out of this property, but it is well worth it if you are confident behind the wheel of a car and used to the UK driving rules, looking right for oncoming traffic not left. Anyway, the property accommodated our two teens who had the top floor with their own bathrooms. Clutch! The 9 year old slept on the day bed in the main room of the house and said it was "totally comfy". We spent 4 days on this beautiful beach, with only the friendly houseful who rented the first 2 floors of the owners home a few doors down. Other than them it was pretty empty. No beach is "private" on the island so an occasional beach goer showed up. We cruised around the island, visiting the local markets and ate at some wonderful restaurants, Mahogany House, a must!, followed by the pricey but wonderful Cafe Martinique at the Marina at Atlantis. The house was well equipped in the kitchen so we cooked in as well. We highly recommend hiring a jet ski through Trevor who hooked us up with a local fish dinner that he prepared and we shared with his awesome girlfriend, 2 year old boy and Bubbles, the grandma. Much fun was had by all. Loved going into Nassau at dusk with my daughter to have a beer and listen to the DJ play some awesome music. Great island, great vibe, and would totally go again!!!"

"Excellent choice for our layover in Nassau 👍 9 persons in our group and the owner was so accommodating with transfers to and from the airport and also to and from downtown... extremely helpful and kind. Went above and beyond 👍Excellent customer assertive... Located in a safe quiet neighbourhood away from the hustle and bustle of hotel zones. The apartment is very large extremely clean with lots privacy for a large group. Car Rental recommended for week long stays. Would stay again and the property is as listed and exceeded our expectations."
