  • Everything you would need ..

"The cottage is in a great location to access your boat, take a short ride to many beaches, and has all the necessary comforts. Nights are quiet and the people very friendly."

  • Awesome stay Brought friends and they are now going to book

"This was our second time to stay at Coolibah and it was as great as the first. Right on the beach and in a secure area. Comfortable beds, plenty of beach seating and clean. We used Chef Sweeting for our dinner meal each night. The first time we went, we only used his services 3 of our 6 nights but because we had such a great experience the first time, we didn't even rent a car this time because Chef Sweeting prepared all of our dinners. The food is excellent and he works hard to please your requests. Thank you Chef for a great week."

  • Best House on Little Exuma

"This house is perfectly located on a beautiful and lightly trodden beach. We have stayed in several houses on Little Exuma over the past 10 years but this one beats them all hands down. The house is positioned on the edge of the beach with panoramic views up and down the beach from a sheltered open deck with a comfortable hammock. The house was very well equipped, clean and the water "issue" was no hardship. The tap water is not recommended for consumption which we have found to be typical on this part of the island. No worries, the house has a nice cooler/dispenser for the 5 gallon water jugs that can be easily obtained in Georgetown. Feb typically is breezy so bugs were no problem. I think we spent far more time out on the deck than we did inside of the house. One caution for anyone planning to stay on Little Exuma. DO NOT DRIVE AT NIGHT. The paved roads are good but the edges are full of potholes and are so lightly traveled that island drivers hug the center line and do not dim their lights to oncoming cars. This house is very well suited to staying put. You won't find a more beautiful location in all of the Bahamas."

  • We didn't want to leave!

"We were picked up from the airport by Barbara. She was so informative & very kind. She offered to let us rent a car from her but we opted to take the bus everywhere. She recommended to take the bus since all the things we wanted to do the bus can drop us off there or near our destination. The town home was pleasant. We loved the porch area, we had breakfast & dinner out on the porch every day. The town home is close to the local grocery store, 5min walk & 15min walk to Starbucks. Everyone on the island is helpful!!!! We've caught a couple of rides back to Delaporte from locals since we missed the bus. The bus stops running pretty early. The locals are so welcoming & they always tell you what's good in the area! We met Wayne, I believe the maintenance man for the complex, while trying to catch the bus to Nirvana Beach. He took us to the beach & suggested a few places to eat. We can not wait to come back!!!! We actually didn't want to leave!"
