  • well-appointed gem

"We have stayed many times on GGC and enjoyed this house due to its spaciousness and open living/dining/kitchen area; it is especially well set up for a family, with its 3 bedrooms and 2 baths; the outdoor spaces are great (large) and allow for guests to enjoy some quiet time; lastly, the location is perfect! the expansive front lawn leads directly to the best beach on the island! Clark was very easy to work with, and was accommodating when we had to cut our time short by one day"

  • Incredible vacation!

"We are so glad we found this property for our Christmas family vacation. There were 8 of us (7 adults and 1 2 year old) and the house was perfect, the location ideal. The bedrooms are spacious and well decorated with a gorgeous view from every one. We were able to lay in bed and watch the sunrise every morning! Weather was warm, a constant 78-80 degrees during the day and about 72 at night. The constant breeze made being outside delightful The beach is beautiful and because it was a bit windy during our stay we simply walked or took the golf cart the 1/4 mile to leeward side so the baby could swim. The pool and hot tub got some use but we spent most of our time in the ocean and on the beach. Kitchen was very well stocked so coconut rum drinks and nice home cooked meals were our evenings but we did venture out for happy hour and a couple of dinners at the Bahama Beach Club and of course thursday pizza night at the Tipsy. Everyone on the island was so friendly and made you feel welcome and safe. The bikes were a bit funky but we used them quite a bit and water pressure in the house is sometimes weak but that is the islands. . All in all this property could not have been better and the Keefe's (owners) were so helpful and friendly, answering all our questions and even helping us to arrange transportation and reserve our golf cart. It is a very easy island to drive also so a car rental might have been a good idea in order to see a bit more of the island. I highly recommend chartering a boat and captain in order to snorkel the beautiful reefs as there si not much to see on the island. But the relaxation was awesome and we had to keep inching ourselves in the morning that we were really looking out at that incredible view of paradise. ."

  • Heaven on earth!

"We stayed at sandy bay for 4 days before traveling to Spanish cay. The house is set back from any roads so it's very quiet. The rooms are large and very comfortable . The AC was nice and cold, great to relax after a long day on your private beach. The house has all the feel of being at home with a large flat screen TV and stereo . Not that we watched any TV. The kitchen is well equipped with all the pots and pans need to cook all your meals. The washer and dryer was also a great feature. The house is a short golf cart ride into town or to pineapples. The screened in porch faces the ocean and is a great place to enjoy your coffe in the morning or a cold kalik at night. This house has all you need to enjoy your time on GTC. We can't wait to return."

  • Exquisite!

"I have stayed at Indigo previously and like before I hate to reveal it as one of the most beautiful spots in the world because I want to keep it all to myself. The location is simply on the best beach you have ever imagined. The architecture and design of the house is exquisite. There is beauty in so many of the details, like grasscloth beneath the beams on the ceilings, the mahogany carved accents around door ways, teak lounge chairs with footrests, scrumptious pillows dotted everywhere you need one, John Robshaw textiles, hidden buddhas in gardens, even the runner on the dining table is a work of art. The kitchen is a chef's kitchen, the beds are dreamy, the hidden outdoor showers are genius and the tiki hut with the hammock is not to be missed for a siesta like never before. It is clean and stays clean and adorned with fresh hibiscus because lovely Shirley that comes to take care of the house floats the Bahamian charm and warmth of spirit around the house with her. She is a chapter from an Eleutheran novel. The owners take care of their creation and you can feel their generosity when you stay there. Enjoy it the way we have!"
