  • Love Coral Beach!

"We had a great time at Coral Beach, The Condo that we rented from Don & Liz was perfect for what we wanted. It was nice to have a real bed to come to every night! A small issue came up and Don got it resolve really quick! Nothing but good things to say! Looking forward to next time!"

  • Nice place right on a beautiful cove

"Nice open layout. Three bedrooms each with large beds. Two sleepable sofas in open room. Beautiful view and light. Great home base to explore the north end of Eleuthera. Nice snorkling, kayaking. Wish they had a windsurfing board because the cove would have been perfect. Daddy Joe's, Glass Window Grill, Elvina's (Friday night jam), Laughing Lizard Cafe all nearby. Easy 30 minutes to Harbor Island. Be sure to go to Gaulding Beach a mile north. Atlantic side beaches near the house are too rough for swimming and you really need a Jeep to navigate the rocky roads although we did manage in a van going very slowly. AC in master bedroom was out, but being December, it was not a big deal. We were watching TV during a brief rain and heard a loud pop after which the TV quit, so this probably needs to be looked at. Mosquitoes only bad at sunset right on the water but for one hour they can suck out all your blood. Snorkeling good but not outstanding. Water very calm and manageably cool (late December.) Great octagonal open den and adjacent octangle kitchen. Very cool layout. Quiet. Neighbors will be sharing the small stony cove beach. Nice way to meet people. Plenty of towels, portable chairs, small coolers, but you will have to go to the 7-11 small store a mile away for soap, ice, coffee, sugar, snacks, extra toilet paper and food. There is a coffee pot and filters, microwave and good frig. We brought our own snorkling gear but there were two nice kayaks. All and all, lived up to our expectations. If you want to explore north Eleuthera yourself, this is a nice convenient base."

  • Total relaxation

"This was our first experience renting a home in the Bahamas. After years of resort vacations in Nassau, we chose to relax, and my choice was perfect. I carefully chose Palmetto Beach Villas from the many options available, and the whole trip was so smooth. The amenities in the home made the transition to vacation time seamless! On the way from the airport we stopped at Maxwells and then easily found the home. The roads are very nice! We grilled burgers the first day, and they left a filled propane tank for the grill. Tons of dishes and utensils, great gas stove, oven, keurig, dishwasher, microwave. Also, an assortment of sunscreens and all cleaning and paper products. We only ate out twice the entire week as the beach and ocean and the house provided all we needed. The islands offshore look far away, but at low tide you can actually walk to them because the sandbars are so shallow. We saw turtles and rays and fishes. Lots of fun and we would return. The island property managers checked in on us a few times, but we didn't even need them for anything. We saw only 6 other people the entire week walking along the beach. Delta flights to Marsh Harbor on Tues and Sat make this an affordable, quick trip!"

  • Delightful vacations at the "Conch Out"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Conch out in Treasure Cay. The residence is very comfortable, sumptuously furnished with all necessary mod cons and more as well as being very well maintained. Stating the obvious, the condominium is walking distance to one of the earth's top rated beaches and all local facilities on Treasure Cay (Florence the local baker even takes special orders and prepared for us a delicious key lime pie on short notice). We highly recommend this residence and thank Delana and James for their assistance with the travelling logistics and being such graceful and friendly hosts. They are wonderful people."
