  • Simply amazing

"From the moment you arrive at this luxury apartment everything is just perfect. We were greated by Lou, a very friendly, kind lady and full of information. The fridge was stocked with lots of things (something I've never received from a private rental) and the apartment had all the facilities you could need. It had the most amazing balcony with quality furniture and dining area. The complex is very well maintained and the pool is beautiful. It's in a great location with a bustop that will take you just about anywhere. I would not hesitate to book this apartment. Thankyou Vickie"

  • A little bit of Heaven

"Inchcape Seaside Villas is exceptional! The place is even prettier than the pictures and if you are like us, you are drooling over the pictures right now. The turquoise blue ocean is steps away from the unit, the pounding waves lull you to sleep at night. The gentle, tropical breeze is always present to keep you cool, you don't even think of needing a/c. Wolfgang and his staff take care of your from your first step on the island at the airport, with Rodney waiting to take you to the villa. The staff is there is greet you and show you around. The rental car is dropped off at the villa for you. The unit is comfortable, clean and perfect for a couple. Your personal maid cleans the unit and gives you fresh towels and sheets every couple of days. The view from the unit is great, but sitting at the table you have a privacy wall that prevents a full view, the upper deck area that is for the unit has a limited view but is awesome. The grounds of the property are like a garden and there are plenty of chairs, hammocks and even some day beds to lay and watch the beautiful water. A modern grocery store is about 10 min. away by car, there is a great seaside bar within walking distance, and several beautiful beach areas to enjoy that can be walked to. This was our first time in Barbados and we can't wait to go back. We would certainly stay at Inchcape again."

  • So Good we ended up staying twice!

"The apartment is situated (mainly at night) lively St Lawrence Gap which seems to be the centre of everything within the immediate area. The Apartment block is immaculately maintained, with a private pool and access to a beach made secluded by the shoreline. St Lawrence Gap has a number of bars, nightclubs street food, art/craft vendors and is very quiet at daytime but with the apartment facing the shore it was very tranquil at night and you're never aware of the nightlife on the Gap itself. The apartment is less than 30 minutes from the airport & Bridgetown is about 20 minutes by car away, had every creature comfort to make the stay enjoyable and I am looking forward to returning later in the year to explore more of Barbados"

  • Awesome stay at Happy Hour

"My husband and I along with another couple planned a trip to Barbados for the first time and found the Happy Hour which checked off all of the boxes on our must have form. The only thing missing was a dishwasher which I didn't even notice was missing until I read the review from Alison W. I simply packed a pair of rubber gloves for washing dishes (who wants dishpan hands on vacation?) and enjoyed every minute of our vacation. The bedrooms have air conditioning units that work amazingly, sleeping is very comfortable. As electricity is very expensive in Barbados we turned off the A/C units when leaving the house every morning and I kept the bedroom door shut so it wouldn't heat up in the bedroom, the A/C units worked very quickly. From my very first enquiry on the property Stacie was quick to respond and answered all of my questions and any subsequent questions that I thought of in the months leading up to our stay. Stacie made the experience seamless and once we got to the Happy Hour we were all very pleased with the property, especially since some properties don't look quite like the pictures, however this one lives up to the photos and was very clean and comfortable. Stacie and Colin have done a wonderful job with decorating the property and the outside patio was indeed a wonderful addition to the home. It was used every morning and evening and has a nice breeze through that area at all times, which made sitting outside enjoyable. The property is less than a two minute walk to a small beach however the minivan buses run every few minutes and we tried out many different beaches, Miami Beach (we went 3 times) was only about a 5 or 6 minute bus ride away (plus 5 minute walk) and Dover Beach was about a 7 or 8 minute bus ride and approx 10 minute walk - beautiful. We really enjoyed the beach right before the Boatyard, found it a few days before leaving or else would have gone there more often (went twice) there is a beach bar called Doris' , the folks there are wonderful. As timing would have it both Stacie and Collin were able to make it to Barbados and we had the good fortune of meeting these two wonderful people. We have made lifetime friends!! I would highly recommend the property! Best trip ever, from lucking out with the Happy Hour to the friendliness of the locals, feeling safe to travel on the bus alone and of course the many places to choose for Happy Hour (Cocktail Kitchen in St. Lawrence Gap on the top patio was our favourite)."
