  • The villa was just as describe but so much better in person. The view of the ocean was to die for!

"We arrived just before Tropical storm Matthew arrived. Our villa was stock with the basics which helped us during the storm as the island was shut down. We were a short walk from public transportation. Also we were right next door to sandals resort. You could literally walk there. A few of our friends were staying at Sandals and found it easy to walk across the beach to visit our villa. Next to the villa was also another resort that had a bar and restaurant which we ate at a few times. I loved the kitchen in the villa. I made a lot of good food on that stove. The owner was AMAZING! She made sure we were OK during the storm, made sure we got to the store to get all of our essentials. She is very caring and endaring. The maid came 2x while we were there and she did a fabulous job. The villa is very SAFE... Trust me its as secure as fort Knox! I really enjoyed the security feature of this villa. I would stay here again 100%"

  • Stunning as always !!!!!!!!!

"My husband and I have stayed at Inchcape Sea Side Villas for many years now but always in Jan or Feb which is the high season in Barbados. Every review I have written has been better and better each time as it improves year after year. ( if that is possible). We have recently retired and had the fantastic opportunity to stay for five weeks in the low season, we wandered what the weather would be like ( although I would stay there what ever the weather wind rain or snow ) it was amazing we arrived just after a down pour and it remained cloudy until the next morning. For the next five weeks we had one night heavy rain ( which is very common in the high season) and only two cloudy days. We had a few days of high humidity but at Inscape there is always a lovely place to find a nice breeze. Although it never gets too busy in the high season it was lovely to experience it even quieter. Everything was at an even slower pace if that is possible all the restaurants were still all open with people having even more time and space for their customers. A very good time to go if you just want to explore Barbados and what it has to offer which is a lot. Inchcape it self never disappoints it has so much to offer all age groups so much to do if you wish and so little if like us you are a bit lazy. Kite and wind surfing facilities are right on your door step. The villas themselves are charming immaculate and all different adding to the establishments charm, it is like driving into a little oasis. The owner's and staff are amazing, happy charming and are always there all you have to do is ask and they will do anything for you they really do want you to have a good time. It is advisable to have a car to get out and about but we met a couple who were there for three weeks and they just used info from the internet to get around on public transport and probably saw more of the island than we did they really enjoyed doing it that way. There is alway's the almost resident taxi driver Rodney who will take you any where you want on the island he is lovely. We have stayed at Seaside,Sunset upstairs ( which is something else!) and our daughter at Seaside cottage all of which have a different charm. Once again I would like to thank all the staff I miss them already. Rosi and Wolfang really know what they are doing brilliant ! If you love sea sunsets and lovely people you must go ! Stayed August 2016, travelled as a couple"

  • Excellent location, accommodation & views

"We rented the main upstairs villa and the downstairs one bedroom studio. The upstairs villa was perfect, it had amazing views out to the sea and was literally a stone’s throw away from the beach. The beach in front of the apartment was virtually empty on most days of our visit and it was like our own private beach. we were a family of 5 visiting the island/villas and the upstairs apartment provided an excellent base for us to plan our days and relax on the beach with the comfort of having a well-stocked kitchen at hand. Both rooms facilities were great and came with a good air conditioning systems to keep us cool at night. Peter was very helpful and always on hand to help with car hire, places to visit & advice on island life. Overall the villa was perfect for our holiday and would highly recommend it to any one visiting the island."

  • A Little Bit of Paradise in Paradise.

"Fantastic condo; - stylish, modern, extremely well furnished, clean and very comfortable. Direct access to the two pools and a gate right on to one of the best beaches in Barbados. We certainly tried out many of the suggested restaurants in "the Gap" from fine dining to Rude Boyz Jamaican jerk kitchen which we really enjoyed. This is our second visit to your condo "Amikka" and it will definitely not be our last. Many thanks Mike and Andrea for making our vacation extremely memorable - we will be back; - guaranteed !!"
