  • AMAZING

"What a fabulous time. We loved every moment of our vacation. We worked with Trish at Caye Management and she responded to every email within an hour with every detail taken care of or explained. The owner Sally emailed us to welcome us to her home and we were also visited by Mary from Caye Management the first day to check on us and made us feel so welcome. The care takers at the villa Harley and Avia were amazing. We had a party of 9 and we rented Villa La Jolla and Villa Del Mar and we are already booking for next year. The grounds were gorgeous and clean , the views were breath taking, and memories were priceless. By far one of best vacations. Loved Paco's Tiki Bar and Grill and last but not lease.......Toby the villa dog. Your heart will melt and you will try to find away to smuggle him home."

"We had a fantastic holiday here! The Tree House is really cute and comfortable and the balcony covered to get away from the sun. The hammocks below are great for an afternoon siesta. The kayaks make the journey out to the reef accessible and the reef fish and turtles make great snorkelling. We never got to see a manitee which some people do apparently. Rubio, the caretaker, is a gem and he took me out spear-fishing on the reef getting a good haul for the BBQ. All in all highly recommended."

  • Paradise!

"We just go back from a week stay at Casa B'Alam and it was simply amazing. The pictures shown are exactly what you get - paradise! We started off our vacation with massages from Wendy - best massage ever - and that set the tone for the rest of the week. Definitely recommend renting the golf carts for the week. Some places are close to walk to along the beach or the main road but would not want to do the walk after dark. Restaurants were good nearby (Jamaya, Rojo (closed Sundays and Mondays), and Rendevous were great) and was definitely worth going into town to Blue Water Grill - did both the regular menu (Snook was amazing) and Sushi night. Amazing snorkeling. Came close enough to kiss the Sea Turtle at the Mexican Rocks. Roberto from Portofino was an excellent guide. Hol Chan was also amazing. Only thing we'd do different is take a plane from Belize City to San Pedro. Boat ride was not fun. On the way in, we were packed like sardines all hot and sweaty and on the way out, it was raining, most windows were closed, and even though we were not packed in like sardines the carbon monoxide filled the inside of the boat and made a couple people sick. Can't wait to go back to the island and we would definitely stay at Casa B'Alam again."

  • Excellent Property, Great Service, Wonderful Location, Responsive Owner

"This was the perfect VRBO for my trip. - Mike, the owner, was very responsive to my emails and questions - The property itself is spacious, clean, modern, and has a perfect location for those looking for a beach getaway as it is on the water and close to a dock and pool - The property is wonderful and the staff will bend over backwards to make sure you are having a great time - I'm a very picky about deciding on a place to stay and did extensive research on this site and the hotels in the area and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience One small issue - the resort is expanding so there is nearby construction. If you are an early riser, it won't impact you but once the construction is complete it won't be an issue any longer."
