  • Great trip, perfect location.

"Phil and Marie were more than accommodating. The location is perfect with a bar for a cold one next door and a grocery store for food behind. The location was peaceful, relaxing and we loved it."

  • Exceptional property, beautiful scenery, would definitely return

"Let's start with one of the most important parts. We visited beautiful Villa Natalia almost immediately after Hurricane Earl had taken a chunk out of poor Ambergris Caye. George, the property owner, kept us well-informed leading up to the trip, even offering alternatives as some of the amenities - chiefly the dock - were not available due to the storm. The island was also struggling to regain water pressure, presumably due to leaks somewhere in the system. But at the end of the day, even Hurricanes can't take away from the natural beauty of Belize - and, dock or no dock, it was stunning. As we visited in August, it was after prime tourist season - which worked out just wonderfully for us as the other units in the complex were empty. This meant a private pool and beach experience. We rented a couple of golf carts for transportation, and were pleasantly surprised with our ability to get around the island, get what we needed at the local markets, etc. I would definitely recommend carts to future guests. I should also take a minute to touch on Armando, who is the caretaker for the grounds, and was fantastic. Not only was the property in great shape, he was always available if we needed something. From a purely practical perspective, this was our first trip to Belize - and I should point out that the mosquitos were pretty aggressive in certain parts (the island is relatively low-level, so water tends to sit). The roads on the North part of the island where Villa Natalia is situated are dirt, so they tend to get a little muddy after storms (though this wasn't an issue for our golf carts). While it's not strictly related to the unit itself, I should also point out that we had phenomenal food almost everywhere we went in Belize - take time to try some of the local dishes and, if you're adventurous, stop at the roadside restaurants/BBQs - they are delicious. We ventured south only one day, and ultimately, we liked where we were in the north more. Make sure to enjoy some time in San Pedro town - in addition to the great restaurants, the beach is fantastic. In general, with the exception of one encounter late night at a bar, we felt 100% safe on the island, and the people were fantastic. You will occasionally get a vendor walking the beach by the villa, but obviously your choice whether you'd like to engage with them or not. One thing is for sure, you will enjoy your stay at this beautiful property."

  • PHENOMENAL - Best Vacation Rental

"We decided to get married in Belize and had a decent size group of 11 people going. Villa Twin had 6 separate bedrooms, 6 private baths, 6 private entrances, one of the largest pools on the island, had separate A/C in every room, large open kitchen with gas stove, and only 15-20 mins from town center by golf cart (which is the main mode of transportation in San Pedro). This made it nice, quiet and private while having easy access to the restaurants and shopping. Oh! and flushing toilets!!! The entire place was kept clean and was well maintained. Now to the best part: Mario. Mario is the property manager and went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable and wasted no time fixing one of the A/C units that went out the day it happened. His wife is a wonderful cook and dinner waiting for us when we arrived at the house. He helped set up all of our excursions and took well care of us. I think Mario MADE the visit. He is an honest and upstanding young man. We forgot an envelope of cash and he got a hold of us and wired every bit back to us. To say we are pleased would be a sever understatement. If you go deep sea fishing and catch anything, Blue Water Grill have what is called Catch of the Day where they will prep your fish one of three ways and it is completely worth it. That being said, La Divina had to be my favorite place to eat next to Robbins (if you can get there before they run out of chicken). If you are wanting a nice relaxing stay and to learn the island lifestyle of relaxation and to have just a simple, beautiful trip, Villa Twin Dolphins is the place to be."

  • Outstanding!

"This condo is excellent! My friend and I had a wonderful time. I cannot say enough positive things about this place. The place is even better than advertised in the photos which don't do it justice. It is spacious, clean, with a modern kitchen and appliances. Both bedrooms have queen beds that are very comfortable, and each room has its own clean and modern bathroom (mine even had a Jacuzzi tub). There is a huge patio porch and a nice pool and dock right there. And the air conditioning works perfectly. The location is fantastic, it is a about a 12 minute golf cart ride into town. The best part about it is the ease and smoothness of the process that Barb and Keith have set up. The property manager is professional and responsive, you get picked up at the airport by Armando who then takes you to get groceries, and Diego and the security guard (forgot his name) are awesome. I would go there again in a heartbeat and miss it already!"
