  • Perfect accommodations for 2 moms and 3 teens and Alvin is the best!

"We had an amazing stay at Diamond Reef. We were two friends traveling together with three teens and we wouldn't change a thing. Alvin is like a private driver, personal concierge and trip director all in one. He couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. He arranged an all-day mainland excursion for us. It was a full day but not exhausting - Mayan ruins, zip lining and cave tubing with a delicious lunch. If you go, ask for Earl. He was our personal guide and it was worth it just to spend the day with him. Alvin also arranged snorkeling in the Mexico Rocks for a fraction of what the resort nearby charges. Coordinating trips into San Pedro was easy. He checked in with us every evening to arrange transportation for the next day. We enjoyed the 15 minute boat ride into town (we live in a big city and are used to spending time on public transportation). We grocery shopped and prepared most of our meals in the condo. The kitchen is well appointed - we didn't want for anything. The setting can't be beat. Stunning sunsets, moonrises, a private beach, a refreshing pool, kayaks.Every day was a great adventure but also very relaxing. I've recommended Diamond Reef to many people and would go back without hesitation. Reserving and coordinating through Rickey was a breeze."

  • 16 Perfect Days in Paradise

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 5th trip to Belize and we decided to splurge on a beachfront home. We stayed in Villa Amber and I cannot think of enough superlatives to describe how amazing it was. Everything was perfect for us. From the location (away from town) to the property and home (spectacular) to the management company (very responsive). This was one of the best vacations I have have ever experienced. If you want to see what living in paradise would be like this is your home. There is no restaurant on site but we picked up groceries in town and did our own cooking in the well equipped kitchen or walked to several of the neighboring restaurants up and down the beach. It is important to note that Belize is a developing country before you go. Power was out on the island for about 20-hours the first day. These things happen. Roads are not like in the US. Internet can be spotty. Those things said, I absolutely plan to go back and stay at La Perla very soon."

  • It couldn't have been any better!

"Hi Wolfgang – Steve and I want to express our gratitude and let you know how special our vacation stay was with you. Your hospitality, generosity, and care was so appreciated! We felt right at home from the first; from meeting Cookie and Eldon and Mirta, to talking with your Canadian guests (whom we thought were great!), to your friendly demeanor. It was a harsh reality arriving back home around 11:30pm Tuesday evening and being greeted by 8 little degrees of warmth… I don’t know if our paths shall ever cross again, but we both wish you and your new lady friend all the best in life and every happiness you can find – life is too short to “go it alone”  Again, thanks for all – fondly, Steve and Sara Ps; we left before you were up and I didn’t want Eldon to awaken you. I have to tell you, though, that some of my most memorable moments were seeing the sunrise across the reef and taking early morning walks on the beach!! I’ve never been more relaxed and content… Thanks again"

  • Perfect

"If your not into the perfect location and home don't come here. Only a mile from town and footsteps away from a great palapa bar serving good food and drinks you can't beat Casa Paradiso's location. And the three bedrooms and three baths on the ocean is everything you want. the pool sits next to the house offering places in the sun and in the shade beneath coconut palms. Walk the beach to any one of several restaurants serving great food. We didn't have one bad meal. Or you can stay home and cook whatever you want in the fully stocked kitchen; even lobster delivered to you while you enjoy the view and breeze. And this perfection comes without tourists! There are no mega resorts with lots of tourists or peddlers to annoy you . Forget Cancun, come to the island of perfection where you only need to speak English. This was our second and best trip to Belize and if you DON"T stay at Casa Paradiso...then there's just something wrong with you."
