"WE enjoyed our stay. Yvette and Angie were wonderful. The view was fantastic and the location was great easy walk to nice restaurants . Only problem was there was no wireless access while we were there so it was hard to communicate or look things up."

  • Perfect Vacation

"We stayed here for a week. Perfect location easy to walk into town, water rentals(like paddle boards) the restaurants. We took the Belize water taxi over and it was only around a 10 minute walk from the docks. The condo has everything you need. It is clean, well furnished, and the beds very comfortable. The view is also amazing! We enjoyed coffee on the patio every morning. We used the pool everyday and it was very clean and peaceful. The complex is small so it never felt crowded. We rented golf carts from the grocery story behind the complex and explored the north side of the island. However, you do not need to rent cart all week just a day or two you want to go north or further south. We snorkeled every day and saw stingray, fish, and crabs! We also so a crocodile in the lagoon right over the bridge. It was the perfect way to feel on vacation but also enjoy some of the local culture. We would stay here every time!"

  • AMAZING

"What a fabulous time. We loved every moment of our vacation. We worked with Trish at Caye Management and she responded to every email within an hour with every detail taken care of or explained. The owner Sally emailed us to welcome us to her home and we were also visited by Mary from Caye Management the first day to check on us and made us feel so welcome. The care takers at the villa Harley and Avia were amazing. We had a party of 9 and we rented Villa La Jolla and Villa Del Mar and we are already booking for next year. The grounds were gorgeous and clean , the views were breath taking, and memories were priceless. By far one of best vacations. Loved Paco's Tiki Bar and Grill and last but not lease.......Toby the villa dog. Your heart will melt and you will try to find away to smuggle him home."

  • Relaxing Stay at Sunset Beach Resort

"I, along with three other friends, recent returned from a great trip to Belize, where we spent part of our time in this condo. The description of the listing was very accurate and the condo fit our needs perfectly. It is in a great location... close enough to easily head into town for dinner or shopping, but far enough away from the activity to be quiet and feel secluded. There are several restaurants and bars within easy walking distance to the resort -- we visited a couple (Island Time, Lone Star, and Nest Grill) during our stay. Chapin does a great job keeping the resort grounds clean and he's available to help with an issues (not that we had any). The pool was great and we never had any issue getting lounge chairs -- admittedly, only about a third of the units were occupied during our stay. The unit is well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, utensils, cups, ice trays, etc. There is even a cabinet with a few beach items, sunscreen, etc. from previous visitors. We loved eating on the private balcony with the gorgeous view and a wonderful breeze. There is also a hammock and several other chairs. We made a couple breakfasts in the unit using eggs and hand-made tortillas from the small market down the street. We also grilled on the BBQ one night. We ended up only doing one snorkeling trip, but it was great. A private tour where they picked us up right from the dock at the resort. We stopped at Hol Chan, Shark Ray Alley, and Coral Gardens, before heading on to Caye Caulker for lunch and time to walk around. The trip was a blast. Since we were there at the end of the dry season, we didn't see many mosquitoes. In fact, rarely used any bug spray and had no bites. We rented a golf cart (highly recommended) which provided us with flexibility to move around the island and we found it a fun way to travel. Note that it can be a bit bumpy for people on the back of the cart. Overall it was a fantastic trip. The other people staying at the resort during our time there were really nice and the atmosphere at the resort is relaxed and friendly. I look forward to visiting Belize again and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."
