  • Our 'home' away from home

"March 2017 will be our 12th consecutive year staying at LBR13 (need we say more). The owners cater to your every need and respond quickly to any questions or issues. The condo is very clean, roomy and has many features that make our stay pleasant. Due to its direction, the breeze flows through the condo and makes it very pleasant. The kitchen is well stocked with kitchen utensils, pots, pans and other items. The gas barbeque is a real plus. Off the kitchen is a storage room for all you gear and equipment. There is an American phone for your use to keep in touch with family at home. All the amenities make your stay a great experience and add to the enjoyment of your time there. We consider LBR13 our home away from home and are very happy there."

  • Wonderful Location/Wonderful Condo

"My wife and I decided to make a quick trip down to Bonaire for a week and, though we usually stay at Belmar, we decided to try Bellevue, since we had admired the location for several years... we couldn't have been happier with our decision. First, the condo is wonderfully stocked and makes eating in a breeze (unlike a lot of vacationers, my wife and I love to shop on-island for our week's food and cook for ourselves). The bedrooms were very comfortable and the unit stays nice an cool during the day. The patio is quite comfortable and the sun shade makes it usable all day long. My wife and I are divers, so the storage facilities and house reef were an added bonus. Sunbelt Realty was an absolute gem to work with in renting at Bellevue (Thank you Kittie!!!) and helps us arrange car rental (Caribe Car Rental... Absolutely wonderful) and diving (Dive Friends were simply wonderful people, consistent Nitrox fills and ample facilities to swap tanks). Overall, I would highly recommend this unit to anyone considering a holiday on Bonaire!!"

  • Our home away

"We had a great stay at the Eco Beach House during 2 weeks in January 2016. The location is amazing, with just a few meters to the Caribbean Sea. The capital Kralendijk and sandy beaches are just a few kilometers away and you can find snorkel and dive sites just outside the house. The beautiful house is very well equipped (incl a good internet connection) and a wonderful place to both stay at during lazy days and to return to after excursions on the island. We felt instantly at home and felt really sad when we had to leave. The landlord made us feel welcome already at the airport. Throughout our stay he was only a phone call away if we had any questions and he stopped by regularly to make sure that everything was in order."

  • Wonderful stay at Oceanscape!

"My husband and I have just returned from a perfect week at Oceanscape! Connie was quick to respond to my many questions and provided extensive information about the condo and island. Bonaire is not a "luxury" destination, but this condo was as nice or nicer than the photos, was clean and welcoming, and had everything that we needed. There are a few unusual things about island locations, and Bonaire in particular... petty crime is an issue, grocery shopping has improved since our last visit but is still pricey with limited selections, and awareness of conserving resources (electricity, water, etc.) is a real need. It was very hot the week we visited, so we were very grateful for the a/c in both the bedroom and living room! As Texans we are accustomed to central a/c running round the clock throughout our home for much of the summer, so choosing to cool either the bedroom or living room (per the requested limit of one a/c on at a time) was unusual and a bit inconvenient. The bathrooms also tended to stay uncomfortably warm. The famed trade winds did keep the balcony comfortable much of the morning and evening, but weren't sufficient the week we were there to keep the living room or bedroom comfortable except perhaps in the very early morning. All of that aside, it was a wonderful week and you can't find a more convenient location! Not only is it unbelievably easy to walk right across from the airport, but it is a quick drive into "town", to the southern dive sites, to Lac Bay, or even through town to the northern dive sites. The complex was quiet and felt safe. We enjoyed the fabulous views, and walked over to the adjacent beach to snorkel as well as to get dinner at the "Kite City" food truck (fantastic Wahoo wrap!). We used the Dive Friends Bonaire adjacent to the complex (as well as in 4 other locations on the island) and were very happy with their services. We also used the grill on the balcony and cooked several meals in the kitchen which had everything we needed. Connie even made sure that there was ground coffee already in the unit for our first morning since we arrived too late for a trip to the grocery store the first night. The other condos in the unit seemed to be occupied mostly by families or couples on vacation from either US or Holland, mostly quiet but friendly. You can be "downtown" in about 5 minutes or less, perfect for an evening trip to Gio's for gelato. All in all a great spot!"
