  • Charming home with amazing views

"My husband and I spent a week at Graceann's beautiful home in January. The house reminds one of an Italian villa with interesting furnishings and artifacts. The views from all three decks are stunning and watching sunsets is a great way to end the day, There is everything one would need to cook a gourmet meal in the kitchen. the bathrooms are well-appointed with thick towels; the bed was very comfortable with lovely linens. There is something magical about falling asleep to the sound of the surf. It is a short drive or walk to Smuggler's Cove where the water was clear and warm. But you could also spend the day at the house pool which offers views of the cove and is surrounded by colorful plants and palm trees. My husband and I would highly recommend CasaLuna for it's beauty and location. GraceAnn is a wonderful hostess who goes out of her way to make sure you have a relaxing vacation."

  • Wonderful

"This review is slightly late but none the less, my wife and I truely enjoyed our stay enhanced by the owner Eva and her attention to us as bisitors. She met us at the airport upon flight arrival, directed us as we followed in our rental car to the villa. She provided a complete overview of the villa and amenties. We found the villa in spectacular shape, clean and functional. It has a view of the caribbean that was awesome. Can't thank you enough Eva for your generosity and grace. We will see you again and Levi says hello!"

  • Ace's all the way-

"Just finished a great 2 week trip to Tortola in this wonderful Villa. My wife & I have been traveling to VRBO's for 12 years - a different Carribean island each year. This was a top 3 for sure. First, the communication between the owner and myself, then with Villa Manager (Cassandra) was exceptional. The little details that are helpful prior to arrival were quickly answered. The directions from West-End were perfect. There is always a adjustment driving on the "other side" along with roads I was not accustomed to - these directions were spot on. The location of the Villa is ideal. A few min drive to Cane Garden Bay -3 happy hours daily with live music, great restaurants -Tony's, Mietts, Quito's and music every night of the week. (If you can catch Quito with his full band on a Saturday it awesome ...standing room only!) West end is only 15 min drive, town is just over 20 min away. Smuggles Cove, our favorite beach was wonderful. Stop by the makeshift bar, say hello to Nigel and if Andrew is cooking the fish is it is a treat for $ 15.00. We also enjoyed the BBQ at Sillies in Carrot bay 8 min away and Thelma's near the airport. Cassandra, the mgr is very wonderful. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the island. The villa is outstanding. Pride of ownership is through-out. The villa was well built and in great repair. Some VRBO's we have visited the photo's were not representative of the view, condition, etc. (One Villa we stayed at in Bon Aire there was a satellite dish was in the center of the view.!!!!..) The photos of this villa accurately depict the villa. The kitchen is very well equipped. Bedrooms / bathrooms are large and comfortable. The view is wonderful - you can not see a neighbor, the pool area is very private. Villa is well designed. Easy day trips to Jost Van Dyke and Norman Island on two different ferry's - a great time on both islands. Congrats's to the owners for owning / running a top notch VRBO. I would highly recommend this Villa."

  • Cane Garden Bay Cottages

"We are just wrapping up two weeks at Cane Garden Bay Cottage ...this places is nothing short of spectacular and Sam and Sharlene, who managed our stay were absolutely the best from the beginning to the sadly approaching end of stay on Sunday...but not yet! We have decided to come back next year...again on the off season...but for three weeks instead of two. It is that good! July/early August in Cane Garden Bay is cooler than our place in Florida. The cottage is well laid out, well maintained and very convenient for the most beautiful beach in the Caribbean...Cane Garden Bay. The people of Cane Garden Bay....a village of families...are welcoming and every morning walk is full of greetings and good mornings. We were struck by the many local families who bring their children every day to swim in this beautiful bay with crystal clear water. The kids have so much fun. Did I mention the sunsets from Cane Garden Bay over Jost Van Dyke. We snorkeled 6 BVI spots with a a guide recommended by Sharlene...Captain Deb...and we, who are long time Caribbean Amphibians agreed it was the best snorkeling we've ever done anywhere in the Caribbean...from Hawk Billed Turtles to Nurse Sharks to phenomenal coral and millions of every manner and size of tropical reef fish. We travelled all over the BVI...from the top of Sage Mountain to the Baths and Devils Bay in VG, which was all superb...but were always happiest to come back the CGBC...to sit under a Sea Grape Tree on the beach or on our well covered porch during a tropical rainstorm, which never seem to last that long. Like I said, the cottage comes with everything you need and Riteway in Road Town is pretty well stocked and there is is their wholesale/bulk outlet next door for caseloads of important things like Coco Lopez, Rum, Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice and Nutmeg. You need a car and at first look, Tortola's roads are daunting....suggest a 4-wheel drive if you want to do Brewer's Bay...a must....but the driver's are very polite and you soon learn the protocols. Cottage WiFi is highly reliable and multi-channelled, and if the power goes out...this is the Caribbean...the generator kicks in....but when in doubt Sam and Sharlene were their with suggestions and solutions. Hate to be going back to our beautiful Gulf Coast beaches, but it starts the clock to come back to Cane Garden Bay Cottage ...IRIE!"
