  • A GREAT ADVENTURE

"My vacation in the Cayman Islands and my stay at the Cayman Cottage on Cayman Brac was one of my best vacation experiences in recent years. Fabulous sight seeing and some of the best diving in the world - made this a truly unforgettable experience. In my opinion the cottage offers the best accommodation on Cayman Brac. Clean, airy and quiet with a resourceful (long time) owner who can offer plenty of recommendations for activities that will provide any level of activity that you may want. I especially enjoyed socializing with the locals, exploring and just relaxing on the beautiful, private beach."

  • Fantastic & well equipped home.

"House was even nicer than described. Clean, and equipped with everything you could need for a very comfortable stay! Great snorkelling off the beach on calm days, and nice clean pool for swimming on windy days. Fantastic scuba diving off the island (highly recommend Reef Divers scuba shop) Communication leading up to and during stay was prompt! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. This place is a unique find. Cayman Brac is a beautiful but quiet little island - it's supplies come by barge weekly so note grocery selection can be limited and expensive. It is surrounded by coral so good to bring watershoes. The island is small, so easy to get around by car (rental car recommended) I was greeted by waves and smiles every morning on my run. If you're looking for a place with a lot going on - restaurants & nightlife Cayman Brac may not be the best place. However, if you're looking for warm waters, outdoor activities and breathtaking views (both on land and underwater) Cayman Brac is highly recommended."

  • Great Location and Relaxing

"This was our first trip to the Brac and the house was great. It is located on the south side with an excellent view of the water. It was relaxing lying on the porch in the hammock listening to the waves crashing and feeling the cool ocean breeze. The house itself was open and airy with all the necessities one needed including flashlights for nearby cave exploration. The manager was great in that he helped us with some issues that came up, and the owners were very responsive. The location was very central to everything. Although it isn’t a great beach for going into the water due to the iron shore (don’t forget to bring some good water boots), there are an abundance of places not that far away and the public beach is just a few miles down the road. Walking down on the iron shore by the water’s edge provides an opportunity to see things not normally seen on a sandy beach and if you are a sheller, you will have no issues finding some unique shells. Some advice, when flying into the island from Miami, pack a few things in your carry on that you will need right away. Oftentimes the airlines will have a delay with luggage and you may not get your bags until the next day. Bring lots of sunscreen and bug spray. Both the sun and bugs are abundant and these products are costly to buy on island. Also, buy duty free alcohol in Miami and bring it to the island with you. Alcohol is costly there. With all that said, the island is amazing and the house was a relaxing place to enjoy it with everything you will need to have a great vacation!"

  • Splendid

"The "Brac" was an incredible experience! We enjoyed every moment! The house was excellent and the people were very pleasant and extremely helpful. We are long-time visitors to Grand Cayman, but we always wanted to visit "Brac". It was everything we had hoped for and more. Laid back, pristine reef with wonderfully helpful property manager. In short, highly recommended!"
