  • Ultimate vacation spot in Caymans !

"This was our 3rd trip to the Caymans & by far the best. Mudslide Kai is just so breathtaking inside & out, you are transformed immediately towards total tranquility . We started each day with a long walk which was heaven vs the heavy traffic of South Sound or 7 Mile beach where we had previously stayed. We rented kayaks & bikes for our stay & had wonderful kayaks each day & at night to luminescence bay.The kitchen has everything you need. We enjoyed walking across the street to Kaibo Yacht club for dinner & drinks as well as driving to other restaurants not too far away. We travel a lot and this was by far our best beach vacation ever ~ truly total perfection!"

  • Perfect family getaway!

"Windward Cove was awesome. Maria, your written directions and things to do were so valuable in making us feel right at home. We were a group of eight, ages ranging from 66 to 23 and we were all amazed at what the island had to offer. Stingrays, sea turtles, friggets, starfish, tarpon, you name it....we saw it!!!! After a full day of sightseeing, it was great to go back to the house and prepare a delicious dinner. We too did not want to leave and will definitely be back !!!!! Jack and Maria, thanks for a great vacation!"

  • July Visit to Grand Cayman

"We really enjoyed our stay in this very nice condo on 7-mile beach. The owners were very responsive to our questions, and the property manager, Paula, was very helpful during our stay. We loved the heated pool, and we were just steps from the beach. Our two kids, ages 9 and 11, enjoyed having their own room complete with bunk beds. Harbour Heights is close to restaurants (we enjoyed Calico Jacks - just up the beach) and scuba diving with the dive shop across the street, Cayman Turtle Divers (ask for Alan). We'll be back! Try out the buses to get around. They go everywhere on 7-mile beach and cost $2.50 / person (one-way)."

  • Kai Kotch Stay: April 2-9, 2016

"Our vacation was a delight. The property was well maintained and, as advertised, well stocked. We used the bicycles, kayaks and snorkeling equipment. There are also two paddleboards, but we were unable to find the paddle. The kitchen also was well provisioned, and we were able to prepare a couple of meals a day without missing any of the kitchen amenities of home. We had a slight misunderstanding with the management company on our arrival time, but the owner stopped by to apologize and presented us with a chilled bottle of wine. Very considerate. This was our first stay at Rum Point and we were not disappointed. We were looking for a quiet and relaxing break and Rum Point fit the bill. Every morning we kayaked about 45 minutes to Kai Kaibo for espresso and pastries and then paddled back. We were blessed with good weather and nice sunsets. We would recommend the property without reservation and hope to return in the future."
