  • nice place for the price

"This unit is very nice. It has 3 BR and a small living room with a basic pull out (no privacy in the living room). The place was nicely equipped and parking near it. It is not on the sandy part of seven mile beach. The best beach access was a mile or two up the road where it is has powder sand. This unit over looks the water. Swimming here is easy because there is a ladder by the old limestone edge. You can see fish along it. There is a small steel wreck you can snorkel to that has fish around it. The pool is nice as it is half in the shade. There are lounge chairs at the sand but no umbrella. Owners are easy to deal with and very nice. This was a "guys" dive trip and I would recommend it for that or a family. If you want to stay at a condo in the middle of the beach where the sand and swimming is beautiful you are going to pay a lot more. We crashed the Westin one day and no one said anything. The public beach is next door to it. Have fun. Stories can be seen at www.tabhauser .com soon"

  • Beautiful condo right on the beach

"This condo was just remodeled, so everything was new and clean! We loved it and really appreciated the extra touches, like the cooler we could take out on the beach and the handy clothes rack out on the screened in patio where we could hang our suits and towels to dry. Even the towels and beach towels were new! We had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. We didn't use it, but there was also a brand new grill on the porch. And the location was perfect--just a few steps from the beach. This resort is friendly and in a great location. There's a great yoga studio, Bliss, just a couple blocks away. We loved walking over to the Royal Palm for a snack or lunch, and could also snorkel right off the beach! We will definitely be back!"

"We have just returned from this beautiful property with nothing but regrets that our stay couldn't have been longer. We had the most amazing time and the amenities at this quiet beautiful home were amazing. We had many firsts from riding the bikes to Star Fish Point to experience our early morning private (natural) viewing of star fish and sting rays to kayaking out into the bay; which were both generously offered free by the owner. Kaibo and Rum Point are "a must see" especially during sunset and within walking/biking distance. The north side of the island is very quiet and not at all crowded. We use VRBO often and this home owner couldn't have been easier/nicer to deal with. We are already planing a return to this once in a lifetime paradise."
