  • Perfect for those looking for a quiet getaway and close to fabulous snorkeling!

"We spend a week at this condo and loved it! It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and affordable for our family of 4. It is 30 minutes to the Georgetown area, but we cooked most of our meals in the condo so we didn't mind. After driving into town to visit the Turtle Farm and Seven Mile Beach area, my husband thanked me for choosing this one. He is not a fan of crowded areas on vacation. We stayed in late May and basically had the whole complex to ourselves except for one other family that we would occasionally see on the beach. We love to snorkel and wanted to stay somewhere where we could walk right out and do so with our children safely. Every day and sometimes twice a day, we would walk (wear swim shoes or flip flops, it's rocky) down the beach (turn right when facing the beach) to the public beach with the restrooms(maybe 1/4 mile?) and swim out about 50 yards and snorkel to our hearts content back to the beach area in front of the condo. The current would gently guide us back to Rum Point so we didn't even have to kick with our fins much. We saw so many beautiful fish, a couple of nurse sharks, sting rays, some tiny squid, the largest parrotfish I've ever seen, even turtles on two occasions. My best memory was hearing my 9 year old make a noise through his snorkel and realize he's laughing with joy at all the cool fish he's seeing! Check out Testudo's Snorkel blog for more in depth info on this. We also booked a trip to Stingray City with the beach club charter next door which we loved as well. Picked us up at the end of the pier right in front of the condo. My kids enjoyed the pool area too. The last day, we even had a parrot land in the palm tree above the pool which was fun to see. If we ever decide to visit GC again, we would not hesitate to stay here."

  • Perfect Location!

"I've rented many condos in Grand Cayman over the years and this one is top of the list for location. Being only a couple of minutes away from Rum Point and right on the beach makes it hard to beat. Of the limited amount of time we actually spent at the condo, most of it was outside on the screened-in back porch with spectacular views of the ocean. The complex is older, but the grounds are pristine and someone was on the beach every day to remove any seaweed from the sand. Compared to other condos I've stayed in this one was a little tired and could benefit from some minor upgrades (especially in the kitchen, more counter top space would be a great addition) but the pros definitely outnumbered the cons. The beds are comfortable, believe me this is NOT the norm, and having 2 queen beds in each room worked out well for us. The smart TV is an excellent idea, giving guests the ability to log into their own Netflix accounts. (Amazon didn't work as well) but remember to log out before you leave! Along with plenty of beach towels, coolers we could use to take to the beach, and extra snorkel gear and beach toys, it seems like the owners have pretty much covered everything. Chad was a delight to book with, answering all my emails within a couple of hours. By the second day of our trip we were already planning to return next year."

  • Incredible House and Beautiful Beach

"Large and expansive house that comfortably sleeps our entire family. Plenty of space for everyone in the group and a great kids room. Beautiful beach with perfect sand entry. There are two paddle boards which our group really enjoyed to use. There are also two 1 person Kyaks which were very fun to take out into the ocean. The water is beautiful and calm and shallow pretty far out. Easy and quick walk to Rum Point, which has food and drinks for the whole family. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a beautiful sand beach with easy access to somewhere to eat. Great house and will definitely be renting here again!"
