  • one of the very best vacations we've ever had!

"Our family of 5 (two adults and 3 very finicky teenagers!) stayed a week at Coconut Bay Condos. We were in Unit 101. The place was simply beautiful! Duncan, the owner, was absolutely wonderful to work with. The condo was perfect and exceeded our expectations! Great working kitchen where we cooked and ate each day before heading out for our daily activities, great dining room for a leisurely game of cards to wind down the day, and full living room with satellite TV for late nights. The bedrooms were perfectly appointed and the washer/dryer on the second floor was a definite plus! The third floor master bedroom was HUGE! We are now spoiled and will never stay in a hotel again. The location of the condo is perfect for those who want to snorkel/dive, with the reef right in your backyard. There is a small "beach" to just relax and get some sun. The two pools on property were clean and great way to end the day after returning home. Located down the block from the Turtle Farm, Dolphin Cove Swim and about a mile walk to Hell, where my kids sent novelty postcards to all their friends back in the States. There's a great outdoor restaurant next door called Makabuka, where we enjoyed a drink and some fresh conch every evening. There is also a fancier restaurant in front of Makabuka called the Cracked Conch, which is more formal. (I think they are the same owners). Great way to end the day. There is a Dive company in the complex, and they will arrange a private boat for snorkeling, diving, fishing, etc. Shaggy and Dominic were simply the best! Dominic took us to his "private" snorkeling spot near Rum Point and it was truly amazing. You can catch a public bus right in front of the condo complex and for a few extra $$, the driver will take you door to door. It is a safe and affordable way to get around the island, but be prepared as there's really no set bus schedule and they are sporadic. However, the bus drivers could not be more pleasant or welcoming. The complex is about a 10 minute ride to Seven Mile Beach and a 5 minute ride to Fosters, a huge supermarket. Simply put, this was quite possibly our best family vacation ever, and we have traveled quite extensively. I don't know what could have made it better and I want to thank Duncan, Shaggy and Dominic for their help in making this vacation so awesome!!!!"

  • Wanted to stay..............forever!

"My husband and I just returned from a six night stay at this lovely condo in Bonnie's Arch. Mike and Donna are a pleasure to work with in booking your trip and giving you all the info you need to have a wonderful stay in the Islands. This is our third trip to Grand Cayman but our second trip where we stayed in this condo in Bonnies Arch. When we go back next year we plan to stay here again as it is just lovely. Very well furnished and outfitted with everything you can think of. It is so well decorated and well stocked with all things that you will need. The pool is literally right out of the sliding glass door and because this unit is on the first floor, the pool is easily accessed. The location of the condo is perfect as it is not in the hectic hub area of Seven Mile Beach, - which is great, because it is so quiet and peaceful here. Perfect for relaxing, decompressing, and just chilling out. Then when you want to be in the thick of it all, just jump in your rented car and drive a couple of miles and you are there. Renting a car is a must really as you can get around so easily. But if you do not rent a car, I would suggest taking the Public Bus vans rather than a taxi as it is much more cost effective. A perfect spot on a perfect island making for a perfect vacation!"

  • Beautiful Spot with Gorgeous Views!

"My husband and I stayed at Paradise Pointe for four nights while visiting our son who now lives and works there and found the location to be wonderful. Fantastic oceanfront views and it was only a six minute drive into the heart of all of the action on Seven Mile Beach (where our son lives). We were able to go snorkeling right off of the property and there are some fantastic restaurants and a dive center located within a mile or two of Paradise Pointe Apartments. Really fantastic value when you look around at what other places charge. We will definitely be staying here in the future. Katherine & Hal"

  • One of the BEST Decisions This Year!

"**This year's summer vacation in Grand Cayman was absolutely fantastic and one of the main reasons was due to Andrew's Condo... The pictures don't do this place justice, as the new travertine floors, marble counter tops and new stainless steel appliances were gorgeous and the former definitely helped to keep the place cool. The view from the room to the ocean is beautiful and overlooks the pool. There is one building in front between the condo and the ocean but it doesn't block your view of 7 mile beach and other ocean views. **Having rented a few condos at various locations around the world this has by far been the best. It's always interesting to open the door and see what lies before you as you walk in. This was an absolute gem and again, the description of the place and pictures don't do it justice. It was clean, well maintained and had everything we needed. **Andrew himself was great to work with to coordinate this vacation as well. I spoke to him prior to booking and he provided a huge amount of information over the phone and answered all of the questions my wife and I had. After we booked he sent us multiple emails which outlined exactly how to get there, how to get in, where the keys are, etc. Andrew also provided recommendations on Rental Cars, Restaurants and Diving. We ended up using Andy's Rental Car as I wanted something near the airport since we had an 8 o'clock a.m. departure time and I just wanted to be able to arrive early enough to park the car, drop the key off in the night drop box and walk to the airport. Andy's was great, as they provided everything we needed and the walk from the airport to the rental car office was literally about 100 yds. Sure made it easy. **A note about the West Bay area of Grand Cayman that the condo is in: This area was fantastic due to the location not being right on top of all the hype of the downtown crowds... It was close to many restaurants that were delicious and close. Don't miss Macabuca's. About a four minute drive. **Diving - Well, this was why we were there for our son's 16th Birthday... Andrew reco'd Cayman Diving to us (formerly Diver's Down) and we booked multiple dives with them. What a great experience... they picked us up in the morning and provided VIP service the whole way. The dive shop and the folks working there were top notch. **We can't say enough about Andrew's Condo... If we went back to Grand Cayman again, we'd be giving Andrew a yell to stay there again!"
