  • Wonderful Condo in a Great Location

"I recently rented this condo for a week for a "vacation of a lifetime" trip with my 2 daughters, their husbands, and 11 month-old granddaughter. My goal was to find some place to stay right on the beach. It was perfect! I really loved that we all had our own bedrooms AND bathrooms. We had requested a crib and highchair which were provided at no extra cost, plus a couple of umbrellas on the beach to shade the baby which were in place when we arrived. While you couldn't swim immediately in front of the condo, you just had to walk a few steps up the beach to enter the water, then the snorkeling in front of the property and the immediate area was amazing. We appreciated the privacy of the beach - very few people walking by. We did rent a car because of the baby's car seat, but you could easily get by without one. There are plenty of restaurants close by, and a public bus runs up and down from Georgetown all the way up 7 mile beach. The condo kitchen was well supplied with dishes, pots, pans, and appliances. Probably my favorite space in the condo was the huge screened-in porch. We has some cloudy weather, but we also had several beautiful sunsets, including one that was absolutely spectacular. It really took my breath away. The condo owners even suggested a photographer to take some family pictures on the beach and she was also great! I really can't say enough about what a wonderful vacation we had. Everything from the condo to our excursions to our delicious meals to our leisurely naps on the beach were perfect! I would love to save my pennies for a return trip!"

  • 7 miles of awesome

"From the first inquiry until our check-out the owners were absolutely wonderful. My husband and I were greeted at the airport by Patrick and taken to our condo, along the way giving us bits and pieces of information about what we were passing. We were early but still allowed to leave our bags and go to the beach. We have used VBRO for almost ten years now and this has to have been the absolute cleanest place I have ever seen; there was not a speck of dust or sand anywhere and we are talking about DIRECT oceanfront. The kitchen has everything you could possibly think you might need. Linens/towels--I have never seen so many supplied by an owner. The beachfront is beautiful, if you snorkel or dive this is the place. We got up in the morning grabbed our gear and went right in. We were on the island for 4 nights and in the water constantly for 5 days. We only left the complex for dinners. The Eats Cafe and Legendz cafe are great and the prices, the best in the area, very short walk. We met some very nice people there who have been coming there with their families for many, many years. We did not rent a car after reading reviews of driving there and glad we didn't. We walked to most things; grocery is nearby. When we wanted to go further we hopped the local buses--they are great, just tell them where you are going and they stop right there. This condo was perfect for a couple. Thank you for a great long weekend get-away."

  • Unbelievable, Yet Again!

"We returned to Grand Cayman for our yearly getaway this May and Cayman Reef #34 delivered once again! The unit is so cozy and convenient, the owners have left no stone unturned in making sure everything is available to enjoy your trip without a hitch. I cannot say enough good things about #34, from the king size bed and large leather couch/love seat to the tile work and granite counter tops - it was all thought of. The owners made themselves readily available for any questions and the unit is CLEAN! As well as the inside amenities, the location is spot-perfect on the island. A short bus ride in either direction, Georgetown and West Bay are only minutes away- while Camana Bay is just across the street. While being dropped off from one of our adventures, the local guide commented that we were staying in the perfect location on the island. I couldn't agree with him more, and this is why Cayman Reef #34 will always be the place for us!"

  • Excellent vacation

"My family and I (3 of us) spent a week here at Harbour Heights and we had a great time. We had our section of the beach in the back of the condos all to ourselves the entire week. Perfect location. The beach had chairs setup and tons of shade from several large trees, which were about 100ft up from the oceans edge. Restaurants on the island are pricey. The condo had everything you need to cook if you didnt want to eat out. We mostly ate out but made bfast and lunch at the condo. Rooms were large and clean. Condo was very nice - excellent value. My daughter and I did some diving including a great shore dive off Turtle point at Macabuca restaurant - highly recommended shore dive. Islanders are very friendly and helpful. Rented a car with no problems and didnt notice any crime issues. Drove all over the island throughout the week. We also recommend the bio-luminescence cayaking at Rum Point. 50 minute drive. Well worth it. We will rent again next year."
