  • Tropical Paradise Stay

"This was our family of five's first time on Grand Cayman. The island and this beachfront condo did not disappoint! Situated right in the middle of Seven Mile Beach, the condo was perfect. It was beautifully decorated in tropical island theme, and everything was state of the art, from stainless kitchen appliances, a high-end home entertainment system, and high-speed wireless internet service, so our teenagers could keep their SnapChat streaks going. Both bedrooms were nice sized rooms, with very comfortable beds, and the bathrooms contained updated tile work. The in-unit stackable washer/dryer came in very handy for a few quick loads of laundry. Oh, I almost forgot about the view! The oceanfront view from the screened-in porch was spectacular, and we never got tired of staring at the emerald water. The complex itself, was every bit as nice. The property was well maintained with beautiful landscaping. We used the pool and hot tub nearly everyday. There were also plenty of cabanas and chaise lounge chairs available for use on the beach. Towels were provided for daily beach/pool use, and they never ran out. The staff were very courteous, and quite helpful with setting up excursions or navigating the island. If snorkeling is your thing, no need to stay anywhere else. Some of the best snorkeling the island has to offer is right off shore from the condo. There's so much to do and see on Grand Cayman, and Discovery Point condo #35 puts you right in the middle of it all! We can't wait to come back again real soon!"

  • Wonderful 10th Stay on Grand Cayman

"This vacation was my families 10th stay on the GC from 7/23 - 7/30. We have two teenage girls who are 16 and 19 and we are all certified divers. We typically stay at the Westin (preferred) or the Marriott on points but the Westin is undergoing a renovation and we didn't want to to in the middle of that. I searched and searched for a an alternative option and came across Regal Beach Club. I read exhaustive reviews and we finally settled on Carol Sorensen's wonderful unit 522. The unit is a nicely updated 2 bed, 2 bath 2nd floor unit with ocean views with all of the amenities that you would ever need. Carol owns 5 units in total (l believe) on property and she was extremely responsive, informative and friendly and we wouldn't hesitate to rent from her again. We also loved all of her artwork with a beautiful island theme. Lastly, Jennifer who is the onsite property manager couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. Do not hesitate to rent to rent Carol's wonderful units and next time we may splurge on her 3 bedroom ocean front penthouse!"

  • A perfect Condo on a perfect Island !

"My wife and I have been fortunate to travel to many world class destinations and have stayed in wonderful well located properties. We both think this property is one of the best we have ever rented. The condo exceeded our expectations in every regard ! Wonderful location : 10 minutes to the airport ... 5 minutes to the grocery store ... several restaurants within in walking distance. The condo is better than the pictures ! The condo is "EQUIPPED WITH EVERYTHING " soap-shampoo-dish soap - baggies - etc -etc-. We purchased nothing but groceries ! Everything else was in inventory. All bedrooms were nice size and they all had King size beds ... our Master suite was very large and incredibly nice! Donna came everyday to clean the unit and she became part of our family . While in the condo we spent most of our time in the large screened in porch facing the ocean and we all agreed that it was incredibly relaxing and beautiful. One night all 8 of us ate pizza at the dining room table and we could have invited the neighbors. Each day we walked the beach ... 100 steps and you were in the water ! We asked Heather for restaurant recommendations and we all loved her recommendations. We spent everyday "out and about"... two days we rented a boat for snorkeling, fishing and visiting Stingray Island ( the office can recommend the operator) . Another day touring the Island ... Botanical Gardens. We attended the Pirate Festival ... snorkeled at different areas. We had a wonderful experience and can't wait to go back ! We have enthusiastically informed all of our friends of this great place to visit !"

  • Amazing corner Unit 17 right on beautiful 7 Mile Beach!!

"THIS is the condo you want to rent!! This updated condo has everything you could want. The view of the beach is extended by the corner unit windows which are across the balcony and then up the side of the living room offering an unbroken view of paradise. The balcony is one of the condo's best features. Plenty of room for your family to have meals outside or relax and listen to the surf. My favorite use of the balcony was having coffee every morning outside. What an amazing way to wake up every day! We had the great fortune to meet the owner of Unit 17 and he could not have been a nicer man. You will not have any problems if you need to correspond as he is very good at responding! The condo features granite, all the cooking utensils you could need, new furniture, a television in each room, Alexa (Amazon's answer to Siri), Free (super fast) WiFi and a Magic Jack phone for free calls to the U.S. just in case you have to call back home. The location of this condo is perfect!! Not only is it steps from the beach, but it is also within walking distance to the grocery, bars, bar and grills and shopping. You could truly get by without a car if you choose and are ok with a little walking. We made a few trips to the grocery on foot and made many meals rather than eating out all the time. It was perfect! There was a problem with the hall bathroom door not latching. When I brought that to the attention of the front office, it was fixed immediately. And by that, I mean the maintenance man was in and out with the job completed within 30 minutes of my mentioning it! We spent our days on the beach. There are multiple chairs and we never had to worry about not having one. The beach huts were also a welcome respite when we had enough sun and needed shade. There are two hot tubs that we used at night, perfect for winding down before bed, and an infinity pool long enough to get your laps in if you wish. The pool is shaded in the afternoon so it is great if you want to play with your kids and get out of the afternoon sun. If you enjoy afternoon sun, the beach is the place for you! The surf is usually so gentle that you can paddleboard. There are places within walking distance to rent jet skis, ride a banana boat or parasail. Your vacation can be as active or inactive as you choose. You will never rent a different place once you have experienced the beauty and location of Beachcomber's Unit 17!!"
