  • Spring Break 2017

"We stayed here as a family of five(5) which included two teenagers and one 13 year old and we all absolutely loved it ! We had ample sleeping arrangements for all 5 and all pledged to return soon. The kids did the SUP, snorkeling and we did some diving with Divetech whom I would highly recommend. We liked that the walk to Tiki Beach was I guess a mile or so and all the cruise crowds were non issues. Condo was as presented - very clean, all the towels we needed, beds were comfortable and the view was awesome ! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone."

  • Great place on a nice part of the island

"This was our third trip to Cayman and first time staying in West Bay. We had a great time and will certainly be back. The condo is in an excellent location. It's on a quiet street with what is essentially a private beach, but you're only a 10-15 minute drive from all of the restaurants and shopping at Seven Mile Beach. You truly get the best of both worlds! There was plenty of great snorkeling nearby, including Cemetery Beach and the Kittiwake shipwreck. The condo itself is updated (newer kitchen & bathrooms, quality mattresses!) and had plenty of room for a family of five. We put the paddle board, kayaks and snorkel gear to use on a daily basis. The condo is not on the beach, but the beach access path is right across the street. The beach itself is great. Some parts of the island can be pretty rocky, but this was all white sand. The vacation was very relaxing and Julie was quite helpful in getting us prepped for the trip. I hope we can return next year!"

  • We loved this condo!

"We stayed at 11 Crescent Bay. Loved it and would come back again and again. I gave it 4 stars, (more like 4 1/2 stars) because beach access might not be everyone's favorite and will explain. First, the booking of condo was easy. Dealing with Pauline in the management office was great. We had few small requests- push twin beds together, roll away cot. She confirmed all our requests and emails/calls with her super easy. We arrived and check in super fast. She took us to condo herself. It was cool with AC going on arrival. So nice. The place is very spacious (we were 7 total). The porch, as others mentioned, was so amazing! We spent so much time out there. Sunsets are beautiful from there. Large, right over beach! Kitchen seemed well stocked, although we did not cook- just breakfasts and snacks at home. Only drawbacks of condo were that AC was a bit loud when running and hot water would run out after two showers, but we learned it replenished quickly. The water pressure was fantastic, which may have related to lack of hot water. Location of condo is great! There are so many restaurants within walking distance. And of course Marriott is right there. We walked over multiple times. Close to Georgetown shopping. The exterior area is lovely. Very well landscaped and maintained property. Pool and hot tub so nice. Many times we were only people out there. So private. Same for the beach area. Lounge chairs always available, and there was always shade from the trees there. So private. We would walk past Marriott and cringe at how crowded! Directly in front of condos you can not enter water. If you walk just to the side you can get in, but is rocky. This makes for nice snorkeling in area, which some will really like. However, this is why i give this condo 4-4 1/2 stars. We were fine with this. But I think some might be a little disappointed. When you walk along 7 mile beach, you see condo units with easy, beautiful water access. So if you are types entering water frequently this might be bit of a downer for you. Again, we loved this place and would come back again for sure."

  • This was as if we were in Paradise

"Lovely condo with the best location on 7 mile beach. It affords privacy, peace and quiet. Snorkeling out front and plenty of beach to walk. Pauline, Patricia, Verna, and Edgar were very attentive to any need that we had. We would not want to stay any where else. Probably the most relaxing vacation we've ever had and the best accommodations."
