"My wife and I had originally planned this stay for November but due to an accident we had to reschedule to April. Kathy was fabulous in working with us to make that happen . The location is wonderful, I think it is one of the best stretches of seven mile beach. Great sand and water is crystal clear and you can snorkel right off the beach about 20-30 feet out and beyond and see some great marine life. Condo has all you need for a great stay on one of the best Islands we've been to. Plenty of restaraunts nearby and we rented a car which was a great choice to experience all the island has to offer. Lots of great beaches and wonderful places to see. Do the Stingray experience and drive around the Island to see its beauty. Would stay again and thank you Kathy for making your beautiful condo available to us."

  • great find

"My family rented units 10 and 11 in March. As for the unit, the condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. We stocked up at the local Foster's, which had most of the American brands we are used to, as soon as we arrived. It was great to be able to eat breakfast in and make a lunch to eat out on the beach. The washer/dryer was put to good use and allowed us to pack extremely light. The view from the lanai is gorgeous. As for the complex, it's on the quieter end of 7-mile beach. We enjoyed watching the cruise ships coming and going without ever seeing the crowds. The beach is beautiful and so relaxing. On a calm day, the water is as clear as a swimming pool. We enjoyed some great snorkeling right in front of the condos. The grounds are immaculate. Being that I can't stand dragging sand inside, really appreciated the foot baths outside every door, as well as the constant sweeping/hosing down of the sidewalks and pool area. We didn't find that restaurants were within walking distance, but there are many cab companies and they arrive within minutes of calling them. As for Grand Cayman itself, it's a beautiful, clean island. The natives are all friendly and gracious; they truly seem to want tourists. Also, they don't seem to participate in "island time" as we've experienced elsewhere in the Caribbean. Restaurant service is prompt, taxis are prompt, we had airport transfers that were all early, etc. Would love to go back when time and budget allow!"

  • Cayman Reef Resort #21

"We had a wonderful time at CRR #21 during our stay June 19-22, 2016! The accommodations were clean and tidy and cool! We even used the electric BBQ on the screen-in porch where we entertained a visitor - a 3-foot long green iguana! The view from the living room was spectacular, but even better when we stepped out on the patio and walked barefoot along seven mile beach! The pool looked clean, but we chose to swim in the ocean. There was a giant 5-story mansion being built next door. We rented snorkeling equipment at Diver's Supply, just across the street from CRR. Also, lots of family type restaurants, including Cimboco and Coconut Joe's, and souvenir shops nearby. My husband said we will return to Grand Cayman in 12 years...I will surely look to see if CRR#21 is available then."

  • Fabulous condo - only 40 Steps from Porch to Seven Mile Beach! (+10 more to the Caribbean Sea)!

"We loved this place so much the first time we visited, that we quickly rebooked and had our second family holiday here over the Easter break. The condo is very well located, right on the beach, close to town and all amenities. There is plenty to do over a two week break and we spent a lot of time alternating between the pool and the sea. There is great snorkelling right off the beach and our 3 children (aged 8-13) all joined us exploring the marine life literally straight off the beach. Self catering is a great and cost effective way to holiday in Cayman as you can pick and choose when to eat in and when to eat out. We BBQ'd most evenings and ate outside, usually with the beach to ourselves, with a truly priceless view of the sunsets, which seem to be different every evening. The condo is truly a three bedroom condo, with the den being completely closed off, containing a king size bed. We were pleased with our choice of ground-floor, which means you are literally a few steps from the pool and the beach, with a good view of each from inside. We took a video of the walk from the condo to the beach so that we can enjoy how close it all is, now that we are back in the cold of the UK! The owners and the property manager are most helpful and friendly, as is the groundskeeper, who works away constantly to keep the property in pristine condition. Here's a list of things we did while there: Turtle Farm (full day out) Rum Point by car / tour of island (full day out) Boat charter to Rum Point, Sandbar (to walk in waist deep water with stingrays) Next door but one along the beach is the Marriott, where you can book watersport activities such as diving, banana boat, jet skis, cruises, snorkelling trips, parascending etc etc Submarine adventure Caymana Bay Hell Visit several craft markets Drink coconut milk from freshly opened coconut Crystal Caves and nature trail - newly opened attraction, very interesting ... there was more available. Fabulous holiday, fabulous condo, completely loved it."
