  • Great Choice on 7 Mile Beach

"Our family of 6 spent 17nights at this great condo. We travelled with our 3 kids (20,20 & 16) and our sons girlfriend turned 20 while we were there. The location was perfect - we walked to Georgetown several times. Within walking distance to grocery store although you may want to cab/bus it back with groceries. The condo itself is just as described - very spacious, well equipped, clean, great views. The screened in porch is a blessing in the evenings as there were mosquitos of some sort that seemed to like to bite. Although we never actually saw them, All of us get bit a few times. Just wear long sleeves for an evening walk on the beach. The condo is on the 3rd floor so you have to be ok with the stairs...but the upper floor makes the view that much better. The beach itself is amazing. It was never crowded during our stay. We always had plenty of room to stretch out and were very thankful for that....especially when we looked over at the beach in front of the neighbouring hotel. Great snorkelling right in front of the condo - we saw turtles, barracuda, cuttlefish and many other varieties of fish. The on site bbq's were a nice bonus and we used them several times. Kathy was very helpful whenever we had questions, Henry keeps the grounds immaculate, and Rose checked on us every few days to tidy up and offer beach towels. We were hoping for an "epic" last vacation as a complete family before our boys start to leave home and we were not disappointed. My husband and I would definitely like to return someday!!"

  • Wonderful Condo in a Great Location

"I recently rented this condo for a week for a "vacation of a lifetime" trip with my 2 daughters, their husbands, and 11 month-old granddaughter. My goal was to find some place to stay right on the beach. It was perfect! I really loved that we all had our own bedrooms AND bathrooms. We had requested a crib and highchair which were provided at no extra cost, plus a couple of umbrellas on the beach to shade the baby which were in place when we arrived. While you couldn't swim immediately in front of the condo, you just had to walk a few steps up the beach to enter the water, then the snorkeling in front of the property and the immediate area was amazing. We appreciated the privacy of the beach - very few people walking by. We did rent a car because of the baby's car seat, but you could easily get by without one. There are plenty of restaurants close by, and a public bus runs up and down from Georgetown all the way up 7 mile beach. The condo kitchen was well supplied with dishes, pots, pans, and appliances. Probably my favorite space in the condo was the huge screened-in porch. We has some cloudy weather, but we also had several beautiful sunsets, including one that was absolutely spectacular. It really took my breath away. The condo owners even suggested a photographer to take some family pictures on the beach and she was also great! I really can't say enough about what a wonderful vacation we had. Everything from the condo to our excursions to our delicious meals to our leisurely naps on the beach were perfect! I would love to save my pennies for a return trip!"

  • Snorkeling paradise

"My family of five stayed in this condo. We loved the views and the ground floor location was so convenient. The beds were comfortable with adequate pillows and blankets. Some wear to the furniture but nothing that would be unusual. Kitchen was well stocked, loved having the washer and dryer. Would definitely recommend this unit! About the area: We felt safe and walked everywhere. Yes there is an unattractive property behind sunset cove but we never felt scared. Yes,use common sense when out. We loved that our unit had a front door combination lock-nice touch,no cards or keys to lose. We used the bus system or walked everywhere-very easy to use. The swim up pool bar is awesome with great food and happy hour drinks. Shout out to Jesse who kept the drinks coming and made for a fun time for my adult kids. The bar closes at 10so no late night partying which is nice. Our absolute favorite thing was the snorkeling cove! We spent most of the time there and found such cool sea life. Visibility was excellent except for our last day. We went to the seven mile beach part to the right and enjoyed that too but we felt our spot was the best. Read the tips and comments in the books in the condo. Very helpful.. Took a waverunner tour to stingray city-awesome experience. Did the bioluminesence kayak tour and loved that too. DNS diving is a short walk behind the property and we highly recommend them as well. Lots of great food- Coconut Joe's, The Warf, The lobster pot Peppers, XQ's and Copperfalls steakhouse. Copperfalls was our favorite and worth the money. All our pricey but we were aware and saved up for it. We ate breakfast and lunch in each day and dinner out each night."

  • Perfect Location

"We stayed at this condo for 8 nights with 2 adults, 2 teenagers and it was just perfect. The complex is small, and the property and condo are beautiful and the staff is so nice and helpful. It was almost as if we had a private beach, which was so nice compared to how crowded some of the beaches at the bigger resorts get. Also the shade from the trees on the beach were perfect, no need for an umbrella. We definitely hope to return for future vacations."
