  • July Visit to Grand Cayman

"We really enjoyed our stay in this very nice condo on 7-mile beach. The owners were very responsive to our questions, and the property manager, Paula, was very helpful during our stay. We loved the heated pool, and we were just steps from the beach. Our two kids, ages 9 and 11, enjoyed having their own room complete with bunk beds. Harbour Heights is close to restaurants (we enjoyed Calico Jacks - just up the beach) and scuba diving with the dive shop across the street, Cayman Turtle Divers (ask for Alan). We'll be back! Try out the buses to get around. They go everywhere on 7-mile beach and cost $2.50 / person (one-way)."

  • Absolutely perfect!

"This was by far the BEST VACATION WE HAVE EVER TAKEN as a family and Kathy and John's condo made it all that more special. The location couldn't be more perfect. Everything we needed was just short walking distance away or a simple bus ride down West Bay. Kathy's helpful advice throughout the entire process leading up to our trip was invaluable. It made our trip very memorable. This ground level condo is just steps away from a great pool and one of the most beautiful white sandy beaches on all of seven mile. The sunsets on the beach... Simply breathtaking... No exaggeration when I say absolutely the clearest water anywhere in the Caribbean. The location on seven mile beach away from the noisy crowded hotels was perfect! For those looking to snorkel without a tour, there is a wonderful reef about 40 feet from the beach teeming with all kinds of beautiful tropical fish. The nearby restaurants were all excellent including Cimboco, Chicken Chicken, Cocunut Joes, Craft, Casanova and Agua. Incredible food and amazing people. Highly recommend them all. We also had the opportunity to book a private charter through Acquarius to visit stingray city and snorkel at the great barrier reef as well as the secret garden. The word PERFECTION doesn't even come close to describe it. Using Kathy's advice, we booked it when no cruise ships were in port and we basically had these sites to ourselves. Captain Mario's knowledge of the rays and the reefs and his passion for their wellbeing made it a mindblowing experience. We also got a chance to do the night dive on the Atlantis submarine which was also unbelievable. This is the kind of stuff you can only imagine in your wildest dreams... Grand Cayman is absolutely beautiful and nothing short of magical. We will most certainly return to visit again soon. Thanks Kathy!"

  • One of our best vacations ever!

"We had a truly incredible time! My husband said it was the best vacation ever (we’ve been all over Europe, Hawaii, etc. in our 24 years together)! Thank you for your warm and comfortable rental that we called “home”! Weather was super, too, and the second week, we really noticed fewer vacationers, so that was kind of fun, too! All in all, we really want to come back as soon as time allows."

  • great find

"My family rented units 10 and 11 in March. As for the unit, the condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. We stocked up at the local Foster's, which had most of the American brands we are used to, as soon as we arrived. It was great to be able to eat breakfast in and make a lunch to eat out on the beach. The washer/dryer was put to good use and allowed us to pack extremely light. The view from the lanai is gorgeous. As for the complex, it's on the quieter end of 7-mile beach. We enjoyed watching the cruise ships coming and going without ever seeing the crowds. The beach is beautiful and so relaxing. On a calm day, the water is as clear as a swimming pool. We enjoyed some great snorkeling right in front of the condos. The grounds are immaculate. Being that I can't stand dragging sand inside, really appreciated the foot baths outside every door, as well as the constant sweeping/hosing down of the sidewalks and pool area. We didn't find that restaurants were within walking distance, but there are many cab companies and they arrive within minutes of calling them. As for Grand Cayman itself, it's a beautiful, clean island. The natives are all friendly and gracious; they truly seem to want tourists. Also, they don't seem to participate in "island time" as we've experienced elsewhere in the Caribbean. Restaurant service is prompt, taxis are prompt, we had airport transfers that were all early, etc. Would love to go back when time and budget allow!"
