  • Doesn't get any better than this.

"We were fortunate enough to stay in Unit 17 at the Beachcomber this past February and couldn't have been happier. The elevator to the unit drops you directly in front of the condo. The condo is stunning inside, but especially out! This unit has the best views in the complex and one of the largest decks replete with comfortable outdoor furniture to sit in and enjoy your coffee in the mornings and your evening drinks watching the most unbelievable sunsets. Some of the best snorkeling is right out in front of the condo, we saw every kind of fish you can imagine, including turtles and a resident barracuda. Supermarket and liquor store are directly across the street and there are many restaurants within walking distance if you decide not to use the well outfitted kitchen and outdoor barbecue. Communications with the owners was excellent and they have free phone service to the USA and many other extras you won't find elsewhere. If you are staying on Seven Mile Beach the Beachcomber's Unit 17 is where you want to be."

  • Unbelievable!

"I'm a little late in writing this review! My husband's daughter was married at the Ritz Carlton on Dec. 10th last year. We stayed next door to the hotel in this condo. What a BEAUTIFUL place! I still can't get over the clarity and beauty of the water! We have a place in Naples, FL, and the water is nothing like this! The unit had everything we needed, and more. I couldn't be happier about our whole experience. It's now April, and we're STILL talking about that trip! I would stay there again, and again, and again and again...........The Sunshine Grill, across the street, has the BEST decaffeinated coffee I have ever tasted! And you get a free little ice cream cone after your meal! Absolutely the most beautiful place I've been to!"

  • Ten Days in Paradise!

"David and I arrived at Harbour Heights 6 in the early afternoon on 11/5/16 and immediately were drawn to the porch overlooking the beautifully landscaped grounds in front of a great view of the ocean! We started each day on the porch with our coffee - love the added perspective seen through the mirror hanging on the wall! Each day our second coffee was under the shade of the trees on the beach. The condo is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. We could easily come back again and would recommend this condo to a friend. A family with children would love the pool, easy surf at the beach, a great kitchen for cooking meals, if you choose. Though this condo is a townhouse and the entrance is upstairs, other units on the main level would be great for people with disabilities or those with walking issues. Though there are places to walk to for meals and entertainment, renting a car provides easy access to many great restaurants and sights! It's romantic and quiet, but for those looking for adventure, there is snorkeling, wave runners, etc. just down the beach! Duke's across the street is easy for a quick meal and the Beach House at the Westin is an easy 10 minute walk - don't forget your credit card - they don't accept cash. Other restaurants we enjoyed were Luca at the Caribbean Club, The Lobster Pot in Georgetown (doesn't look like much from the street, but VERY nice inside with great food and it was fun being so close to the cruise ships! After 5 nights of great seafood, we found an old fashioned steakhouse that served a delicious 8 oz filet for $40 that included your choice of starch, vegetable and steak sauce as well as your first martini! Jackie and Dwight, the owners have made the condo feel so personal - just like being in someone's home and Paula, Shandy, in the office provide great customer service. When we arrived, Paula made sure our TV worked and that we knew all about the air conditioning and other facilities. Definitely something for everyone!"

  • Great Choice on 7 Mile Beach

"Our family of 6 spent 17nights at this great condo. We travelled with our 3 kids (20,20 & 16) and our sons girlfriend turned 20 while we were there. The location was perfect - we walked to Georgetown several times. Within walking distance to grocery store although you may want to cab/bus it back with groceries. The condo itself is just as described - very spacious, well equipped, clean, great views. The screened in porch is a blessing in the evenings as there were mosquitos of some sort that seemed to like to bite. Although we never actually saw them, All of us get bit a few times. Just wear long sleeves for an evening walk on the beach. The condo is on the 3rd floor so you have to be ok with the stairs...but the upper floor makes the view that much better. The beach itself is amazing. It was never crowded during our stay. We always had plenty of room to stretch out and were very thankful for that....especially when we looked over at the beach in front of the neighbouring hotel. Great snorkelling right in front of the condo - we saw turtles, barracuda, cuttlefish and many other varieties of fish. The on site bbq's were a nice bonus and we used them several times. Kathy was very helpful whenever we had questions, Henry keeps the grounds immaculate, and Rose checked on us every few days to tidy up and offer beach towels. We were hoping for an "epic" last vacation as a complete family before our boys start to leave home and we were not disappointed. My husband and I would definitely like to return someday!!"
