  • Beautiful Spot with Gorgeous Views!

"My husband and I stayed at Paradise Pointe for four nights while visiting our son who now lives and works there and found the location to be wonderful. Fantastic oceanfront views and it was only a six minute drive into the heart of all of the action on Seven Mile Beach (where our son lives). We were able to go snorkeling right off of the property and there are some fantastic restaurants and a dive center located within a mile or two of Paradise Pointe Apartments. Really fantastic value when you look around at what other places charge. We will definitely be staying here in the future. Katherine & Hal"

  • Exceedingly good!

"This condo and the entire holiday experience there simply exceeded all expectations! From the first contact, through our stay and up to our departure all was simply perfect! The condo is located at the (northern) West Bay end of 7MB, away from the hustle and bustle yet only a short drive into George Town if required. The location is stunning, Discovery Point very pleasant, well maintained and all but overrun, and the apartment outstanding. Immaculately clean, impeccably maintained and with all creature comforts imaginable during the holidays it simply left nothing to be desired. There is even daily maid service like in a hotel, which we only expected once after a week. We felt very welcome here, almost like a home away from home, and shall definitely return here when visiting Cayman next."

  • Great place to relax!

"This condo was a great place for our family of 4 to spend a much-needed week to chill out. Clean, comfortable and well-appointed with wonderful views of the lovely beach and the aqua waters. Justin, the onsite manager, is friendly and informative and was great to work with, making the reservation and check-in process very easy. We appreciated having access to pantry items--e.g., food wraps, coffee filters, paper towels. Considerations: There is no elevator in the building and no facilities on the beach. There is WiFi but it's slow. The property is on the north end of the island. Beautiful and quiet. The nearest restaurant/bar is is a 10-minute walk. While there is a bus and there are taxis, they didn't seem to be super convenient so we ended up renting a vehicle which is probably a good idea for Grand Cayman in general. We included these considerations to help others plan their vacation. However, we heartily recommend this condo, the Heritage Club and Grand Cayman and would definitely stay here again ourselves."

  • great find

"My family rented units 10 and 11 in March. As for the unit, the condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. We stocked up at the local Foster's, which had most of the American brands we are used to, as soon as we arrived. It was great to be able to eat breakfast in and make a lunch to eat out on the beach. The washer/dryer was put to good use and allowed us to pack extremely light. The view from the lanai is gorgeous. As for the complex, it's on the quieter end of 7-mile beach. We enjoyed watching the cruise ships coming and going without ever seeing the crowds. The beach is beautiful and so relaxing. On a calm day, the water is as clear as a swimming pool. We enjoyed some great snorkeling right in front of the condos. The grounds are immaculate. Being that I can't stand dragging sand inside, really appreciated the foot baths outside every door, as well as the constant sweeping/hosing down of the sidewalks and pool area. We didn't find that restaurants were within walking distance, but there are many cab companies and they arrive within minutes of calling them. As for Grand Cayman itself, it's a beautiful, clean island. The natives are all friendly and gracious; they truly seem to want tourists. Also, they don't seem to participate in "island time" as we've experienced elsewhere in the Caribbean. Restaurant service is prompt, taxis are prompt, we had airport transfers that were all early, etc. Would love to go back when time and budget allow!"
