  • Beautiful

"Awesome beachfront cottage. Everything my wife and I could've dreamed of for our honeymoon. Beach is rocky with coral but still beautiful. Public beach on south side of island is all sand if that what you desire. We love and miss the wings cottage and everything else about the Brac"

  • Snorkeling paradise

"My family of five stayed in this condo. We loved the views and the ground floor location was so convenient. The beds were comfortable with adequate pillows and blankets. Some wear to the furniture but nothing that would be unusual. Kitchen was well stocked, loved having the washer and dryer. Would definitely recommend this unit! About the area: We felt safe and walked everywhere. Yes there is an unattractive property behind sunset cove but we never felt scared. Yes,use common sense when out. We loved that our unit had a front door combination lock-nice touch,no cards or keys to lose. We used the bus system or walked everywhere-very easy to use. The swim up pool bar is awesome with great food and happy hour drinks. Shout out to Jesse who kept the drinks coming and made for a fun time for my adult kids. The bar closes at 10so no late night partying which is nice. Our absolute favorite thing was the snorkeling cove! We spent most of the time there and found such cool sea life. Visibility was excellent except for our last day. We went to the seven mile beach part to the right and enjoyed that too but we felt our spot was the best. Read the tips and comments in the books in the condo. Very helpful.. Took a waverunner tour to stingray city-awesome experience. Did the bioluminesence kayak tour and loved that too. DNS diving is a short walk behind the property and we highly recommend them as well. Lots of great food- Coconut Joe's, The Warf, The lobster pot Peppers, XQ's and Copperfalls steakhouse. Copperfalls was our favorite and worth the money. All our pricey but we were aware and saved up for it. We ate breakfast and lunch in each day and dinner out each night."

  • Quiet spot away from hustle and bustle

"My husband and I found the perfect spot for a quiet place to unwind from our busy family and work lives back home. The villa is part of a complex of villas at the end of Cayman Kai, a spit of land off of Rum Point, along a neighborhood road of private homes. All of the villas are free standing (not attached to the others) and Unit 1 was 30 steps from door to water's edge! The interior was attractive, bright, updated, and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the indoor/outdoor feel with the large retracting glass doors both upstairs and down. We ate all of our meals on the screened in porch, made use of the two island bikes provided to poke around the neighborhood, used one of the two kayaks to explore the shoreline, and enjoyed having our own laundry facilities. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and we had plenty of space for our belongings. The beach was tidy and had plenty of beach furniture. We stayed the week before Thanksgiving and saw very few people during our stay. The owner was easy to work with answered all of our questions. The key was onsite in a lock box which made our arrival effortless. We loved being down the street from Star Fish Point, which at best guess seems to be a bit of land once in the beginning stages of development, but long since left for people to wander along and enjoy the red starfish dotting the shallow waters. We also loved the setting of Kaibo, also just across the street from the other end of the villa complex. Kaibo (along with condos) is a two-part restaurant. Downstairs you can sit at picnic tables on the beach and order from a relaxed menu or sit at the open air bar under the upstairs overhang. Upstairs, enjoy a beautifully appointed fine dining restaurant that was our favorite meal during our stay. We also biked to Rum Point (5 minute bike ride), which has a small public beach feel with a collection of buildings housing a water sports shop, a bar/beach restaurant, a fine dining restaurant, and gift shop. Again, picnic tables in the sand, hammocks, beach chairs, beach volleyball, and a swim area. Trips to Stingray City can be booked and taken from the dock here. If you are looking for a very quiet spot to unwind without a lot of tourist action, this is a perfect spot. Do keep in mind that the nearest full grocery store is 35 minutes away, the airport is 45 minutes away, and most of the "activity" is along 7 mile beach 45+ minutes away. A car was a must for us. We loved this spot!"

  • Ocean Paradise Indeed!

"While the pictures are accurate on the web page, seeing these beautiful houses in person is incredible! Obviously a lot of thought was put into the layout designs, décor and quality of construction. Plenty of room for privacy for several couples or a family. Very comfortable beds. These homes have it all! We loved having the pool for late afternoon swims or on a windy day. We started and ended our days with the amazing ocean view and sound of the waves from the porch and balconies. We have stayed on the Rum Point/North Shore before and always enjoy the slower pace of the North Shore with less traffic yet close by restaurants (Over the Edge is our fav!) and a small but well stocked grocery store is just down the street. Rum Point is very close and has so many things to do if you want an active day (sting ray city is a must see). Don’t miss Star Fish beach just past the Kaibo Yacht Club (another good restaurant) very close by. The homes are exceptionally clean and well maintained by Janet and Andre (who can also cook a delicious meal in your home for a relaxing evening). Sean was very easy to work with and quick to respond with any questions we had. We are looking forward to staying at Ocean Paradise again!"
