  • Gorgeous views and everything you need for a vacation

"East end is gorgeous and quiet. We loved enjoying the beautiful views and beaches from this condo without the insane amount of people. There were three different pools, a children's pool and two hot tubs to choose from in addition to the wonderful beach. The condo was stocked with anything you would need and did I mention the views from the decks?!? To die for. We had a slight issue when we first arrived and Barbara had it taken care of within hours. Both property management and The resort staff are friendly and amazing. Although there was seaweed washed up every morning the resort staff was excellent in having it cleaned up early in the morning. It was easy working with the owner to book and get any questions answered. Would definitely rent again"

  • Home away from home!

"After looking at dozens of properties, we chose this based upon location, cost, and amenities. We could not have been more pleased! While conveniently located on Seven Mile Beach, it is on a private beach so as not to be in the midst of all the noise, allowing for a quiet, peaceful beach vacation...our goal. The condo is nicely appointed, with plenty of space for all. The best part, in our opinion, is the large screened-in porch that faces the ocean--we could have spent the entire week out there! We will definitely be returning!"

  • A True Island Gem

"WOW! There are just no words to describe this place. This home is perfectly located, beautifully decorated and fully equipped with all the comforts of home. The best snorkeling is right outside your back door. Just don't forget your water shoes! The swimming pool is the perfect place to unwind with a daiquiri or a nice glass of wine. There are 3 liquor stores on the island-Miss Mary Lou's, Big Daddy's and Island Man Rum Shop. Pretty sure we hit them all. There are also 3 main grocery stores-Market Place, Kirkconnell's and Billy's. Don't be surprised if you have to stop at all 3 to get everything on your list. But hey, that's the fun part! If you're looking for a good Ribeye to throw on that super cool outdoor grill though, you can pretty much forget it. May want to consider packing a cooler of meat, which can be checked as luggage but must be packed frozen and in its original packaging. On the days you don't feel like cooking there are a few restaurants worth mentioning. Brac Reef Resort is home to The Palm (Friday nights are BBQ night) and The Tipsy Turtle (great bar menu). Eats & Treats (burgers and ice cream) and PoPo Jeb's (pizza) both deliver. Star Island is a great breakfast choice. If you need cash there is one bank on the island. The 24 hour ATM gives you a choice of US$ or CI$. When you're out and about be sure to check out the caves (don't forget your flashlights)! Peter's cave is spectacular and filled with a rich and interesting history. Rebecca's cave was also one of our faves. If you're wanting to feel the sand between your toes, the one and only Public Beach is the perfect spot for that. Tons of hermit crabs there too! The Lighthouse is the gateway to the most breathtaking views you'll ever see. Take your camera! Derwin was also amazing. He was very attentive and made himself readily available to answer any questions we had. On our second to last day, we took a boat ride with Derwin to Point of Sand on Little Cayman. We spent the entire day snorkeling, fishing and picnicking. It was hands down our favorite and most memorable part of the trip. Thank you Derwin! Before you leave the island, if it's the last thing you do, take a trip to NIM Things. There you'll be met by Tenson Scott, the owner and maker of the most interesting and unique necklaces. Just give yourself at least an hour as he's quite the story teller! Thank you, Cha-che, for all tips prior to our trip, the use of your car, and the sharing your beautiful home!"

  • Best Vacation destination (Stayed 5/7 - 5/14)

"So I typically set my expectations low when traveling but Ralph and Ginny’s condo exceeded our expectations. The condo was nicely decorated and furnished, very clean and there was of course a beautiful view from their balcony as well. This was our first time renting a condo versus going to a hotel. As Ralph and others have mentioned the food can be expensive in Grand Cayman especially considering the currency change. We were very thankful for having the ability to prepare some of our meals at the condo after paying for our first meal/lunch for two at the Western (about $90.00). We also much preferred the space/privacy we had on the beach comparing to the Western or the Ritz. I can’t say enough about our stay, great condo, nice pleasant people everywhere you go and great food. We didn’t rent a car so I paid for food delivery to the condo. This service was good but you can also walk two blocks to Fosters and buy your own. At least this way you can see all that is available. You can also take one of their carts back to the condo I believe they pick them up. Here are some of the great restaurants we went to: The Grand Old House, Eat’s Café, Eduardo’s (Italian), Copper Falls (Steak), Sunshire Grill (Best Hamburger), Duke’s Sea food and Rib shack (Great Ribs and Chicken), and CASA43 (Best Mexican food). All within walking distance except for the Grand Old House. My wife and I also enjoyed the calm, warm surf floating the day's away. I would highly recommend this Condo. Ralph was very helpful, Thanks Ralph.. Best Regards, Rheal and Jean"
